Bojangles — Restaurant in Pageland

We recently visited for dinner. Our Favorite Place Mickeys was Closed. I ordered a Bar B Que sandwich, Rice with Unsweeten Tea. They have Really Good Sweet and Unsweeten Iced Tea. My husband got wings, rice and a Biscuit. My Sandwich was a Bit Soggy. I did Have Slaw on it, but They do not give You but a small Teaspoon of Slaw. I feel they did not Drain the Slaw before applying to my Sandwich. Needed more slaw because on this big sandwich it's not enough. They have wonderful delicious BarBQue. It's Moist and on a bun. That seems Similar to a Hawaiian Bun. The slaw is also good, Like Homemade. The Rice was Nice and Hot, Tasted Fresh. Had some Sausage in it this time. Hubby enjoyed his wings. They have a good bit of meat on them. His tea, Biscuit and Rice was good. The Staff was Friendly. The girl that took your order, Money and Gave you Your Order was the Same One Cleaning The Lobby and Mopping Floor. A Bit Concerned About Cross Contamination of Germs. Other Than That it Was A Good Overall...

It is sad to see that the service of fast food places in general has taken a dive because timing and professionalism have become subpar, especially after Covid. The woman who assisted at the counter did a very good job, but it was disappointing to see her fellow coworkers not doing the same. They were young, taking out their phones while on shift, which she corrected them. They were conversing with their friends over the counter where customers were supposed to be waiting for their food, and instead of working, pretty much lounging around. She was working around them, and they didn't even budge to help. We ordered a family meal that could have been brought out much more quickly had she gotten some help. Kudos to this woman for having to work under those conditions. The food was good, almost comparable to what we have up North with Popeyes. Love the biscuits, and the macaroni was what the kids say...

I visited this bojangles on 2/27/21 and 2/28/21 the food was great but the service from this one particular cashier NYGERIA was horrible both days just by ordering at the intercom i could tell thats who i was speaking with from the attitude she displays i got to the window and over heard her talking about sauces and told her i forgot to mention i wanted barbecue instead of honey mustard she begins to tell me that she wasn’t talking about my order she was talking about the car pulled up in front of me and before she could finish her sentence she closed the window.. she came back to the window pulled me up after i got my order i went in to speak with a manager because no one answered the phone and low and behold she was the manager.. she is rude, unprofessional, a poor example to be in management and she has a nasty attitude and she needs to humble...
