I have always had wonderful experiences until now. Imagine my surprise when I went to pay for my items with a Cato gift card and it had expired about a week before. Why do these expire? I don’t live close and have to plan trips to conserve time and gas. There is absolutely no way I’m going to run right out to use this! Needless to say, I was extremely disappointed. My wife is a regular customer of this store.. The received a gift card from my mother in law for Christmas... The gift card was thrown out with wrapping paper then burned by me only 25 minutes later.. She wasn't happy.. My mother in law went there today with her reciept and was able to get a replacement with no fuss or argument.. This is how busit should be ran. Total great...
