This place has ran me around for a warranty repair on a newly built home! ( everything Brand New per the contractor) !! After months of calling them and the installers.....well here I am bathroom full of water, and possibly floor damage! In which I have stopped using the tub altogether ( thank goodness for the single shower we had put in)When I called I was told that they only take warranty claims from the one's that installed the tub, so I reached out to them and they emailed the company. Welp, they emailed the company back claiming to have spoken with me and I advised them of no problems! What lies they tell when NO ONE HAD EVER CONTACTED ME ON THEIR BEHALF ONCE SO EVER!!! IF you don't want to abide by your warranty, don't sell your products with one! At the point of contacting several people of a course of over six months , yes i said six! It seems as though I will have to replace my own tub on this sic year warranty tub! I dare not install any products of this company every again! Lastly, if the owner would like to reply please do! Maybe my tub will be replace and your employees will handle warranty claims in a more professional manor! Update: They had the wrong number( spoke with someone else)however, dont have enough professionals to actually fix the tub. They are working on trying to fix everything and did APOLOGIZE!
