The employees were courteous but it did take an extensive long time to do the vehicle about 8 weeks the warranty company I used gave me a rental only for two I'm a disabled veteran can't walk too good at all also too I made a suggestion to the man that came out and had to jump the vehicle just for me to get it started to leave I told him it would be a nice courteous thing that if they cleaned the vehicle up a little bit before they gave it back to the employee you know sort of like a little bit of a detailing you vacuum the floor you clean the windows you maybe wiped the dust and all off of everything in there just wipe it down it will probably take a half hour to do that little detailing but it sure would make a customer happy and they told me they replaced a light in the I don't know if it was the headlight or but what are the headlights is very very dim and they did put it through inspection and that headlight should have been changed because it's very dim I've never gone through an experience with an engine that stops blows up whatever you want to call it never had this before my life I've never used a warranty my car shield in my life so this was the first experience and it was a kind of a hideous experience especially with carshield Dickering back and forth with these people as to what's needed and I was led to believe that there was a turbo needed on what was coming which could cost up to $1,600 just for that unless they find a used one somewhere but this used engine they got for me and I thought originally it would be new okay had 49,000 miles on it but I do thank God it did come with a turbo which is good but again I've never had such a horrific experience like this with a vehicle in my whole life and when you can't walk very well it's kind of double terrible and I'm not blaming the dealership it was just the way that things went back and forth and I wish too they would have cleaned up the inside of the vehicle as a courtesy to me cuz I have trouble doing that I also have an injured shoulder and just a little bit of detailing would have made customer feel better but this is...
Read moreGiving one star because you can't give zero stars or negative stars. 2 years ago I bought an F150 and a Premium Maintenance plan through Ford that I paid $2,000 dollars for. The plan covers all routine and normal wear items such as Oil/Filter change using synthetic oil, air filter replacement, wipers, brake pads, etc.. Everytime I take my truck into this place, they try to make me pay for things that are covered under the plan or for things that are not covered under the plan, that don't need repaired. For example, today they said my battery needs replaced. The truck is barely 2 years old and I've never had one problem starting the truck but they said the tech had a problem starting the truck. Another time, they said the rotors needed machined down at 20,000 miles because the tech heard a squeak when he parked my truck after a service visit. I have never felt a problem with the brakes. When I got home, I took the wheels off and checked. Each rotor was as smooth as a babies behind. They tried to charge me for an air filter replacement when the plan clearly states in black and white that the air filter is covered. I told the lady at the service desk that the last time I picked the truck up, I drove strait to Oklahoma and once I hit the turnpike, noticed my wipers were shot and there wasn't any window washer fluid in my reservoir. Every visit I ask for them to check the wipers and replace if necessary because it is covered under the plan. She was confused because she says they replaced the wipers 12 months ago and they should still be good. I can't make this stuff up. There are many other examples but I am done wasting my time on this dealership. When I talk to lady there, the manager sits at his desk and puts his head down like he can't hear me. I am working with Ford to get my money back from this plan. I can do a way better job with my own service but I just don't have the time. I will be reporting this dealership to Ford...
Read moreI have been with out a car for a few months and as I was saving up for the down payment laurel ford's salesman kept in touch with me cause he knew I was on a budget when specific cars came in. I was never pressured into something I couldn't afford or didn't like. Justin made me feel like a valued customer. He found me a 2014 Hyundai elantra couple that had low mileage and priced in my budget. I am a very satisfied with this dealership and some day I will purchase another vehicle from them Once again I have to give laurel ford five stars for there service department .Mr. Bennett took awsome care of me and my vehicle and told me what my engine lite code is and wrote it in the paper work and said it's emission related and sent me up to Hyundai dealership...well different treatment and laurel Hyundai. The service department couldn't be bothered to check the engine light issue or the notes that laurel ford wrote on the paperwork. Mind you they were not busy no cars in the bay and the coworker next to him playing on his phone. So I try to stay with laurel ford as much as I can. Update; On 12/06/24, I purchased my second car from laurel ford in windber. And for the second time Justin Blough was my salesman. I highly recommend Mr. Blough and laurel ford! On June 27th, 2025 I took my jeep in for its schedule service. I was taken care of extremely well , and the lady that was helping me got all my questions answered and was just awsome even the gentleman that printed out my rebate info to send off, he remembered I needed that when I spoke to him over the phone and made the appointment. I strongly recommend laurel ford for all your...
