CEFCO Travel Center — Local services in Palestine

Another truck friendly CEFCO. Huge parking spots. Quiet and spacious. Well lit with full service fuel island. $10 showers were well worth it. Showers are twice as big as major truck stops with plenty of hot water and strong water pressure. Place doesnt seem to fill up at all, even with the Walmart DC down the road. Huddle House is next door. I do recommend putting a bench or some type of seating in the showers to place bags and get dressed when done. Other than that these new CEFCOs get a 5+ from me. Awesome that they have showers and provide white clean towels. No soap, but that's okay. I had my own. The part that gets me is that they don't clean up after each customer right away. Last person who showered left trash everywhere because he or she wasn't raised the correct way. The new employee at least grabbed the used towels and took them out before I got in so plus for him. The towels smelled clean which I can't say the same for Love's. But the sewer smell and filth is like come on,...

This Truck stop would be Amazing if...the ladys behind the counter werent very rude. Yes i mean ladys. First, the lady making the food Was rude. I asked avout a menu item. Was answered with a What!.
