Love these guys! I work 9 hour days and I hate having to leave my dog at home for that long. They have great hours so I'm able to just drop her off in the morning and pick her up at night.

They have separate areas for the small dogs, the less energetic medium/big dogs, and energetic big dogs. My dog is the laziest dog, and she's often snoozing with some of the other dogs when I come to pick her up.

My dog absolutely loves going, which is important because she weighs 80 pounds. If she doesn't want to go somewhere, she doesn't go. She practically drags me to the car in the morning and comes home tired and happy. I can tell they really care about the dogs, and I trust them 100% to care for her. They have really gone above and beyond at times to care for her, including checking her paws and finding a thorn when they noticed she was limping.

I've also used their boarding service several times. My job sometimes has me travel out of nowhere and they have always been able to accommodate me even just a few days out. I like that during the day she gets to hang out at the daycare like normal, I think it helps keep her from getting too stressed. They were able to give her medicine as necessary as well.

I think their prices are very reasonable, both for daycare and boarding. Especially compared to similar services in the area. Can't...

We boarded our dog Brasco for 7 days while on vacation. Having never boarded him ever, we could only rely on word of mouth and reviews. First of all, the place is conveniently located in the city but as we arrived at the resort you immediately feel as if you are entering a beautiful country home with a long driveway surrounded by trees and entering a private gate. We pulled up to the first house and were immediately greeted by the owner. She directed us to the fenced in large dog resort house which we noticed had a spacious yard front & back for the dogs to play. There is also a lake offset to the house. Brasco was greeted by other friendly employees that welcomed him to the resort and it appeared that he immediately felt at home. We felt very comfortable leaving him. When we picked him up a week later we were again greeted by several friendly employees who helped us check him out. When they brought him out he looked healthy, happy and was clean and hydrated. They told us that he did great and he fit in great with all of the other dogs. He has been catching up on his sleep since he returned home as he had an adventurous week! Can't thank you enough for taking such good care of our family member/beloved dog Brasco. We will definitely be back again in the...

PLEASE don't let your dog go here! Horrible communication! Apparently our dog had been having some "behavioral issues" despite NEVER having any before. Was only told ONE TIME about it and we offered to take him out for awhile and asked what they recommended. They said he was only "a bit grumpy" and it was nothing serious but they would let us know if we should worry or take further action. We looked him over and he seemed fine at the time. Didn't hear anything else and a week or two later I get a call letting me know there was a small incident where my dog bit another dog and the owner yelled at me and admits that the staff has been LYING and apparently my dog had been behaving much worse than what the staff had told me. At this point my dog was banned which is understandable but had they COMMUNICATED better instead of LYING to us we would have pulled out our dog sooner and taken him to more training or whatever consultation was needed. Took him to the vet and he had ear infections in both ears which we hadn't seen the week or two before because it was not at a point where his ears were inflamed or showing symptoms. To this day, he still plays great with other dogs and people and has NEVER showed any signs...

My two dogs have been going to Pet Paradise for almost a year with minimal issues. At the dog park, we have talked to other owners who have had their dogs attacked at this daycare, but we had never had problems besides a few scratches. Yesterday, my boyfriend went to pick them up to learn that one of our dogs was bitten on the face. She apparently got caught in the crossfire between two other dogs fighting. My boyfriend was not notified of this incident until he went to pick her up, which is the part that is the most frustrating. We have no idea if the dog that bit her was removed from daycare. We will never be taking my dogs back here. If you can’t prevent dogs from getting hurt, you can at least keep owners informed about what is happening with their dogs. Best part is that they still charged us for daycare that day! EDIT: I love how you’re trying to make it seem minor, but that’s not how it was described to us and the wound was extremely bloody. This picture was taken after it was cleaned by my boyfriend, not you guys. The manager did not greet him at pick up, she called him shortly after picking them up and then our card was charged. We would love to get a refund!

We left our Hope for 8 days. This was the first time we've left her for so long. I called twice during that time to check on her. The first time they said she was giving them a hard time to eat but they gave her rice and Hamburger and it got her going and I knew immediately they were being honest. She is the biggest pain when it comes to eating her own food. But if you add a little something, she'll get going on eating. She goes in happy and comes out happy. She was bathed and smelling good. And has been sleeping since she got home of how tired she is. I love, love, love this place and the staff.

We were extremely pleased with Paradise Pet Resort. This was our first time using them and we will definitely be back. We traveled from NC to Melbourne to attend our sons college graduation from FIT. We left our Maltipoo overnight at Paradise Pet Resort and he came home clean and happy!! He suffers from anxiety so we were worried he wouldn’t do well. Once he made a few doggie friends he had a blast. We highly recommend!
