I will not be returning to this location. My wife and I ordered the meal deal... we chose the cookies rather than the drink and chips... turns out that if you do not TAKE the drink, you get charged more. When I expressed to the person who rang us up that I had an issue with that, but wasn't going to make a big deal out of it but that I was unhappy, I was stopped as I was leaving by another employee who was standing NEXT to the manager 8/14/25 6:28pm and she scolded me saying that the cashier was 16 and I should not be yelling at her.
I was NOT yelling, and I even asked the person scolding me if I had raised my voice at all, to which she replied 'no' but that I was 'RUDE'... not sure why voicing my problem was rude, as I did not raise my voice, or using inappropriate language... there were other customers there at the time and it is not my way of dealing with issues. I expressed to the girl scolding me that perhaps she would like a demonstration of the difference between civil and uncivil, but opted to just walk out, ANGRY rather then demonstrate that anger through my words. She said 'if you want the drink we will give it to you', but we never wanted the drink...and the manager (who took our order and made the first part of our sandwiches) never said a word or try to deal with the issue.
Clearly THIS location has gone down hill as I use to be very happy with the food and service... but there are other locations and I for one will NOT be returning here. I hope this is enough information to help you make your own decision.
Also, as a side note... if as a cashier you are handling food... perhaps after sneezing multiple times, washing your hands and changing your gloves might be a good idea... but honestly, that is just the icing on the cake... if they have cameras, they can review the whole interaction as I gave the time...
Read moreI've lived in this town over 15 yrs. and have been to this Subway more times than I can count. This experience was the worse. Fine, I was not greeted. The line had about 8 people in it, so I knew it was going to take almost an hour. The two young ladies took care of everyone then ignored me. One went in the back and the other seemed to be making orders for pick up, in front of me. There was no acknowledgement. Monday you I was the only one in line. I stood a few minutes then asked how long would it be to be served she said someone would be with me. She then took my order and put it in the oven. The other lady came and started rushing me telling me to tell her everything at once. With her fingers telling me to hurry up. You could tell she did not want to serve me. I asked her name while she was taking my payment. She mumbled something like Shandia. I left only to find out she didn't even cut my sandwich in half. It was a footlong. I was so frustrated and disappointed in the way I was treated. I threw the sandwich away.
No need to say, but I will that the ladies behind the counter were white and the other patrons were white and Hispanic. I was the only black person there.
All I want to be told is that I'm no longer welcomed in the establishment and I won't go there because noone should be treated like that. I thought my money is also green but...
Read moreOrdered online. When I went to pick it up, they told me they hadn't started making the order because they were slammed. Only 2 other customers were in the restaurant. I waited like 10 or so minutes for them to complete the order. When I got home I realized that the turkey salad had no turkey on it. The spicy italian with extra meat had no extra meat even though we paid for it and they decided to add tomatoes. I did not want tomatoes. The sesame ginger wrap and the other spicy italian were good. My mother tried to contact the store by phone several times but there has not been an answer. Plus, this isn't the first time we've had issues with...
