Absolutely terrible customer experience at Florida Citrus Center. All we wanted was to browse and enjoy the quirky items like any normal tourist stop — instead, we were treated like potential thieves. My boyfriend picked up an alligator claw back scratcher (which we DID end up buying), and while using it to lightly scratch his back, a rude employee had the nerve to interrogate him mid-aisle with a snarky, “Are you purchasing that?”
Excuse me? How about letting your paying customers shop in peace without being accused or harassed? It's so tangy my tongue it he'd after trying it.It appeared homemade so I assumed it would be like the Amish apple butter or even musselmans but nope, substitute it for a lemon and spread it on fish, it's...
