Contacted HCR on Thursday, made appointment for Friday. Jeff arrived at the appointed time. We had previously spoken on the phone, so he went to work setting up a new PC and transferring all the data for the PC being taken out of service. Needed a new video cord; no problem. We have used Jeff to handle several of our laptop repairs and always very please with his work. He has replaced laptop keyboards on our field computers and he has built me two deck top computers. The last one he did a new complete custom build for me, I need very powerful computers that can run many programs and edit 4K video. It wasn't cheap but I wasn't looking for a deal I wanted quality.
