Visited this store on 2nd April. My daughter wanted to try on a top. My daughter is a wheelchair user. Woman short dark hair refused to open the disabled changing room. Told me to keep on walking there is a whole row of changing rooms. First changing room around the corner was a family changing room. The person using it did not have anyone with them nor were they disabled. I waited & waited in the end we walked to the furthest changing room so that my daughter could have some privacy as we weren't able to shut the door. It was very difficult as the wheelchair wouldn't fit & I couldn't get in to assist. On leaving I highlighted to the fitting room woman that we needed access to the wheelchair accessible changing room as the wheelchair doesn't fit into the other changing rooms. She looked st me like I was from a different planet. On leaving I could hear her making a comment to another customer & then laughing at me. The woman discriminated against us. She was extremely rude & very unhelpful. Hope she gets disciplinary action & is sacked. Am sure that TJ Max doesn't wish to discriminate against its customers & I would suggest that staff should be given disability awareness training. If I don't hear from anyone I will make a more...

I was more concern with my military card than anything in it. I was blown away by their selflessness and integrity. Her name was Shelly and she took it upon herself to drive all the way to our home. Thank you Shelly and the TJ Maxx Staff...
