Worst experience today.. so it's been about a wk and HEB in Palmview still can't finish repaving their parking lot..The inconvenience it has caused us is frustrating to say the least. So today parking was extremely limited and the only spots available were for curbside orders so I parked in one. What was I to do I needed to go in and out 5-10 min tops.. well as I approached parking space there was no less than 3 employees I guess monitoring(nothing else to do) Long story short one employee (girl) was demanding I move and stated that the area is for their curbside orders only, this was their peak hours, people will be coming, etc..and she wouldn't stop harassing me about it.. I told her that my inconvenience for no parking space is now their inconvenience for me taking up a spot. Wasn't trying to be rude but just stating the facts Told her I was still getting what I needed so i kept walking away. She then threatened me by saying "you better move or I will call you out on store intercom".I of course lol...Then a second employee comes into the mix and proceeded to reiterate what was already said with attitude as well!!! No respect gets no respect too so I proceeded in getting my 4 items.. took 5 mins!!! Came out and STILL CURBSIDE SPOTS EMPTY! SO MUCH FOR THEIR PEAK HOURS Anyways.. the reason for this review/rant is to serve as an example of what NOT to do to paying customers. Arguing isn't going to change my mind especially when your tone comes with attitude. HEB could've temporarily cut their Curbside parking in half so people wouldn't have to park by gasoline station. It's ridiculous!!! For the record, I attempted to place online order but there was a 2 hr wait so I went in and out in 5 mins. Maybe the wait wouldn't be so long if 2 of those 3 employees would help with online orders instead of hanging out outside and monitoring Curbside Parking...
Read moreWould give it a zero if I could!!!!!!! Very bad service in the food court (next to the sushi service). I personally used to like how they served the chicken plates, so I used to be a daily customer. That is until I began to experience bad service. One time I was ordering two plates and the young lady was very nice serving the plates as they usually would. Then here comes that male worker and begins to hover over her. He begins telling her “that’s too much” and “you need to put some back, or are you gonna be paying for that?” referring to the chicken fajita. The young lady’s face reflected embarrassment and I, on the other side of the counter saw as the plates were left with a third of what is usually served. (Same went for the sides). I think this is very unprofessional from his part since he kept on judging the way she served the plates and the amount she did right in front of the customers. Besides the fact that I saw how he forced her to put the food that was already on my plates back. The other time I went, the same H-E-B male WORKER literally weighted my half of half of chicken breast 🤣and said that’s what the 6.99$ chicken fajita plate came with. From all the times I had purchased here, I knew that could not be the case. I kid you not when I say that the amount being served now is literally nothing! As good as the food may be, it is not even...
Read moreI have been using this HEB for a very long time. This morning. I waited for my girlfriend at the parking lot while she was shopping for her necessities. An older lady with glasses was eye-ing (who's an employee at this HEB) her the entire time. The older lady assumed my girlfriend was going to steal. We have been extremely loyal to this HEB. We have never had an issue nor have we ever stolen. We have no idea why the lady was being prejudicial and assuming my girlfriend was going to steal. The lady made my girlfriend extremely uncomfortable by asking her "How can I help you?" and stood right behind her the entire time that my girlfriend was viewing her options for her necessities. This was extremely uncomfortable, un-warranted, very prejudicial, and very...
