I wouldn’t recommend purchasing a vehicle from this place! Purchased a sprinter van in Nov. and they informed me upon purchase that the vehicle wouldn’t come with a warranty due to the age of the vehicle. I did a walk around/under the hood inspection, took it for a test drive and proceeded with the purchase. I was told that the vehicle was fully inspected, no check engine lights and no accidents. FALSE!! The check engine light came on two weeks later without me hardly driving the vehicle. Also I noticed it needed a wheel alignment so as I’m getting that repaired I was informed that the vehicle must’ve been in an accident due to the rear axle damage. Also showed me a video of a bolt that needed to be tightened to fully secure the tire that was wobbly. Good thing I didn’t start working with the van before then because it could’ve cost me my life. There were other parts and things that needed to be repaired as well and I still haven’t made any money with this van as it is down at this very moment. Tried reaching out to them to see if we could resolve this issue amicably. They refused after selling me what seems to be a lemon. DO NOT TRUST this dealer! 4/24/25 - Not sure if adding a reply to the false claims made by the owner is an option here, so I’m adding to my previous review as I was trying to keep things short and brief. I took my van for an inspection in the beginning of December leading up to the expiration of my temporary tag. Failed inspection due to the check engine light coming on just two weeks after my purchase. I took the van to the Mercedes dealership with the mileage at 262,750 and started at 262,363 at the time of purchase. Not 262,000 as the owner stated. The Mercedes dealership was able to resolve the current issue I had so I took the van back for inspection and failed once again. Had to go BACK to Mercedes with the mileage at 262,990 and was able to pass inspection once all necessary repairs were made. Keep in mind I purchased the van in NJ, reside in PA and had to get the vehicle registered in DE so all the accumulated miles were basically from the back and forth. There were other repairs made during the time of me having this van with me hardly being able to utilize it. I’m unsure as to where the owner came up with the current mileage on my vehicle of 279,000 (Another false claim) My current mileage is 264,149 with a picture below proving this. So yes, I reached out to the dealership in April after dealing with one repair after another when I’ve hardly driven it. Completely understanding that I purchased AS IS but under false pretenses that the vehicle was in good condition. I would never make false claims to destroy anyone’s business or character for that matter and I reached out to these guys first to handle this situation amicably because I do understand mistakes happen but they were unwilling to right their wrongs so here we are. This establishment does not conduct good business so AGAIN please don’t become another one of...

Unfortunately I purchased a truck for work (low mileage) with a warranty and the very next morning the check engine light came on, I called and notified them immediately of the situation and was told to contact a Chevy dealership, got the truck to the Chevy dealer and was told that the mass air flow sensor needed to be replaced so they changed it, the mechanic test drove the truck to be sure all was good to go and I received a call from the mechanic with what he said was some bad news, now the batteries for the hybrid system need replacing, I called Rt73 back and was told to contact the company for the warranty that told me that wasn’t covered, soooo $5,500 later I can use the truck that I’ve already paid over $13,000. Cash for, DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY AT THIS LEMON STAND, THEY WILL RIP YOU A NEW ONE...

Do not waste your time goin here !! Went there with cash deposit and strong co signer to buy a van. Test drove the van then was told cant do financing on a Saturday i would have to come back. (Real dealerships do financing on Saturdays) set me a appointment for the following Wednesday. So i took off wed. Having a funny feeling about it i call Tuesday to make sure we are good. He says i will need a 8000 $ deposit without ever even running any credit checks. My co signer has a 800 credit score. There is no reason why it would be so hi on a used vehicle. Ive never been to a dealership that didn’t want to sell a vehicle like this smh. Listen to all the other bad reviews and save yourself a huge headache and...

This dealership had his truck listed on Facebook Marketplace. I inquired to see if he would take my offer in cash. He messaged back with a laughing emoji. And I wrote back in my message that he was very unprofessional and all he had said was I'm not going to take your offer. You don't laugh at customers when they're just inquiring about a product that you're trying to sell. Very very unprofessional.

Working with Paul was a real pleasure. RT 73 AutoMall had the best selection of cargo/utility vans in the Tri-State. The prices were fair and straight forward; no hidden fees - best prices I’ve seen. Paul was honest and patient as I navigated my first auto purchase as a business owner. Very happy. Thanks, Paul!
