Update: Since SRT responded with excuses. We were the ONLY customer looking at a vehicle at the time. So the excuse of "we were understaffed" doesn't pardon the terrible customer service. And the rust? Pics are accurate and clear as day. My 2016 Nissan which has 135k miles on it has next to no rust on the undercarriage. I absolutely will not reach out with any concerns; I just won't buy a car from you because I think you're dishonest. I didn't even mention in the original review that the engine on the minivan ran so rough it was practically vibrating and when I mentioned this to the "salesman" his response was to rev the engine obnoxiously to demonstrate that it was functioning as it should. But when I got in the van afterwards I smelled something burning. I stand behind my review. DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM HERE. I honestly have no idea how this "dealership" has good reviews. Walked around the lot for 20 minutes and no on greeted us. Mechanics could be heard yelling profanities out of the garage. When we finally flagged down the "salesman" he acted like we were bothering him. Didn't give any information to us when we got keys from him; just stood there staring. I found a nail in a tire and the guys response was "oh it didn't go completely through" while struggling to get nail out. Rust on under carriage of minivan. Just a horrible experience all around. Don't buy a car here.

Despite my frustration, the dealership responded quickly and sent two associates 100 miles out to meet me where my car had broken down. They replaced the Mass Airflow Sensor at no cost to me (the car came with a warranty), which resolved the check engine light issue. As of today, 9/6/24, the car is running well without further problems. Another aspect of my experience involved the financing. Despite having a 720 credit score, I was given a high 18% interest rate. I did tell the dealership I plan to pay off the car in a year and a half instead of the full 68-month term they offered, and they explained that if I do so, I won’t pay nearly as much interest over the life of the loan. While the dealership was responsive in fixing the car, the interest rate still feels high, and it’s something other buyers should be aware of when financing through them.

I am overall happy with my 2017 ford focus, but I am happier with the quality of service and willingness to work with customers that the manager Androw and associate Hash have been able to provide here. My car needed some work following purchase and they offered to have me bring it right back to take care of everything that needed to be done right on their premises. These are people of their word which I greatly appreciate. It took me awhile to find a dealership I felt like I could get a decent car at a decent price from, and I would recommend this one.

if I could give no stars I would.. was not informed that the bed of truck was dented and cracked, passenger door window motor didn't work, driver side interior light door switch didn't work. I need a new battery and was told it had one... it did not I had to buy a new one. these things I can over look. two days after buying the vehicle the air conditioner went out. I fixed it. 3 days after the air issue, it drew a code. mind you this car has not been inspected yet as of this time as to them not sending the tags and title. the warranty that was purchased with the vehicle did not cover the issue... go figure. I did not have my car for 5days. I lI've 1hr and 40min away from this establishment. pretty much 3 hours of driving. to do anything there is a wasted day. upon calling and talking to the manager he said I have a warrenty or I could bring it there. explaining I could not take it there he stuck to his story. when I said well give me some money back since I have issues and I have yet to get it inspected. he replied bring it here we will fix it... again I was with out my truck for 5days if I brought it up there it would of been at least two days loss of work just to drop it off and pick it up. upon getting my truck back from the approved establishment per the warrenty.. which didn't cover the issues I had to pay out of pocket. I'm having another issue with trans fluid leaking and can't drive it as of now...srt motors took me for a ride, won't help with the issue unless I take it to them. and I paid full price... I would not buy a car from them ever again. and I hope no one else dose either!

If I demanded money back I would have made the effort to come see you, the only reason u know what type of code it was is because I called and told you about.…I tried to come up with a solution when you did not. your mechanic is obviously poor quality since I had to replace the battery and the window motor dosent work amoung the rest of the issues. You made no attempt to fix things for me other then saying “bring it to us” again 1hr 40min to go up there for you to fix an issue that obviously your mechanic wouldn’t be able to due. I paid full price for the car and paid in cash I should not have the issues I have… bottom line!! Oh did I mention I need a new wheel because the one on there dosent hold air… how come your mechanic didnt...

Did a pre purchase inspection with a nearby mechanic to find out the car needs 2000$ worth of work, (the 2012 black Infiniti g37 sedan listed on their site). Aside from the fact that the salesmen floored the car in front of me and the mechanic out of anger when going back to their location, they wouldn't work with me on the price. I would not recommend purchasing a vehicle from here and if you do, take it to a mechanic first. Edit/response. The car was stated to have been serviced by their mechanics but when brought in for a pre purchase inspection by an approved mechanic their was no coolant in the reservoir and the power steering fluid was low from the leaking steering rack. Everything the mechanic stated will need to be replaced on the g37. Steering rack and pinion due to leak, valve cover gaskets due to leak, transmission pan was crushed, rear main seal is leaking transmission fluid, transmission mount is shot out and causing the car to jolt when shifting, BCM is giving a faulty code, and rear brakes. The mechanic strongly urged me against purchasing this vehicle. Side note when dealing with Srt Motors salesman. After leaving this review the salesman has personally contacted me and been texting me about this review I have left. I urge you to stay away from this car and the dealership as well, if not at least purchase a pre purchase inspection from a...
