I contacted the folks at The Auto Store in Palmyra for some additional information on a vehicle they had listed, a 2005 GMC Yukon XL Denali, and they were very accommodating. I called and spoke with Mauricio, asked a few questions and then went on to vent a little about how frustrated I've been during my search for a used vehicle, frustrated with the overall lack of honesty when it comes to the condition of many of the vehicles that I had looked at in recent weeks, traveling hours based on what looked like decent vehicles in a listing and a phone inquiry only to find that they weren't really as good as they appeared in pictures or were made to appear on the phone. He took the time listen, for twenty minutes or better and then called me back a short while later after he went outside to look the vehicle over again, just to make sure that there were no surprises before I took another two to three hour drive. Based on that I decided to head over to see the vehicle, and I'm glad that I did because we drove away with it.

They normally close at 7pm however, knowing that I was coming a long distance and it would be tight, close to 7pm when I would arrive Mauricio recommended getting online approval prior to coming so I wouldn't have to make two trips if I liked the vehicle. We arrived sometime around 630pm, took the vehicle for a nice long ride and didn't start the paperwork until after 7pm, probably closer to 730pm and that wasn't an issue because the loan had already been approved before we left home.

By the time we rolled off the lot, with a full tank of gas in the Yukon XL mind you it was pushing 9pm, that's going the extra distance for a customer, Mauricio and Enzo the dog stayed late to get the deal inked and I appreciate it.

Honorable mention for the other guy that stayed late too, I can't recall his name but the conversation was entertaining to say the least throughout, thank you to both of you guys...

It was awesome! Maurizio and Ralph are amazing. I searched for 2 weeks looking for a great vehicle. It wasn't that I couldn't find one, but my credit is in bad shape. So I called The Auto Store, which is 2hrs away from me. Too see about this SUV. Maurizio told me it wasn't available but encouraged me to fill out an app anyway, just to see what he could do, even after explaining to him my credit situation. Maurizio, he does not give up. He was able to get me approved for an amazing Dodge Caravan with very low miles. He definitely is a miracle worker. I drove that 2hrs to The Auto Store, arriving late, and both Maurizio and Ralph waited. Upon inspection of the Caravan she was very clean inside and out, no mechanical issues. Ralph took the time out to answer all and any questions we had about her. He even took his time to show us how both rows of seats worked. Ralph, is very knowledgeable about the vehicles. Maurizio, had all the paperwork ready to be signed. There was no waiting. I'm so pleased with this dealership, I look forward to purchasing again In the future, with The Auto Store and these amazing guys. Tbh I didn't think I'd get anything safe to drive. Its been my dream as a kid to own a 1996 impala SS Impala and recently I've had the means to attempt to purchase one. I came very close a few months back but was told i couldn't finance due to where i lived. A few weeks ago i began to search again and came across the auto store offering my dream car at a fair price. Initially I spoke with Luke through email and he was very informative about the car and helpful with scheduling a test drive. When i visited the lot i was greeted by Mike who knew who I was before I even said anything because of the car i was looking at. At this point i remembered what the past dealer said about financing to PA residents and Mike said the auto store would figure it out.
