I had a good experience till I had to call back for the deposit. Contract stated refund will be processed 2-3 business days and I waited a week to call and they finally processed. I attended the tree lighting and holiday market for the first time this year and it was so festive! Santa rode in on a sled pulled by a big tractor and the kids went nuts for him.
