I lost my grandmother in Nov 2021 and was left her wedding ring. Because she was wearing it when she passed it had to be cut off. In addition to needing fixed it also needed sized. Because of its sentimental value to me I knew if I ever were to be engaged and married I would use this ring. The man I've been with for almost 2 years decided he wanted to propose so we took the ring into Tracy's to be fixed. The woman who spoke to us when we dropped the ring off was very helpful and professional. She quickly told us what would need to be done, how much it would be, and how long it would take. Yesterday my (now fiancé) picked up the ring, took me out, and proposed ! They did such an amazing job on my grandma's ring. It looks amazing and they really brought it back to life!! You can't even tell it had any work done on it. The band is so strong and it fits me perfectly ! We feel they charged us a very fair price. We are very happy with the service we got at Tracy's and will definitely be returning for our future jewelry needs ! What a great company! I had done some research looking for an expert in coin values and discovered that James at Tracy's is very knowledgeable. I was greeted when I walked in the door and was directed to where James was working. He had a customer and was educating them on the bills they were inquirng about. When they left the store, I was greeted by James and shared with him that I had some coins my mom had collected and left to me. I found information on the web, but it was so inconsistent I knew I should find an expert. Boy, let me tell you he is on top of the value of coins and money. He was a school teacher and educated me on a number of items as well. He better sorted the coins that I had and explained why they were of value and why some were not. I left the business extremely happy and would highly recommend them. The jewelry cases were stocked fully and unlike other businesses, they have ample staff to handle customers who walk through the door. Usually you have to wait on someone to even come onto the floor. I recently visited Tracy’s Fine jewelry to have a ring cut of my finger. They staff was very cordial and very professional. The technician went right to work but wasn’t able to cut it because his cutting blade was too dull. A young lady came over and told me not to worry and told me she would order new blades right away and they should be in Thursday and she would call me when they got there. 48 hours later I got a call from head technician Mike and ask me to come in. I did, Mike got to work and had the ring off in 5 minutes. I was so relieved. I offered to pay them for their services and they refused. Again, Tracy’s is a store that I will go to for any jewelry and bullion purchases. It was so nice to work with a company that really cares about their customers. Great work...
