Let's start with the tow company recommended by the sales manager. To tow/flatbed our car 5 miles to the shop cost $165.00, which they charge your insurance company, driver gets $135.00, shop manager gets $30. This was quoted over the phone today by said management as we spoke. I told tow driver and the shop a week ago when it was picked up I would be paying out of pocket no insurance involved but they insisted on getting them involved. Today they told me there is a whole different rate for people whom don't use insurance, really?? fraudulent??? So they have had my car a whole week and have NOT put a wrench on it yet till today 5/27/25, at which I finally got my real approximate estimate. I was done with this place this morning looking to have it towed for the 3rd time to another shop that is legitimate. It's funny how the manager started putting numbers out what it would take to get it worked on and possibly finish today. I'm 63 disabled/retired due to disability for 15 years. I've played in grease, wrenched on most anything and everything people would bring to me. This company using religion as its backing and be helpful and nice to your neighbors is their company moto. You need to reevaluate your reason for preaching and the thieves you have among you and youself.....take a good look đ did you loose an eye on what your values were? I'll be picking my vehicle up tomorrow with the minimal work needed to get it away from this fraudulent overcharging , double charging clown company. So my cost to get my car towed out this morning was around $ 300 for 165 tow and a $115 inspection charge that was not told would be. But that fee changed once I talked to the other manger as being, quote "I have to pay my guys for unloading your car some how, that's not free". I have 2 other legit shops that are stepping up and helping out with this car getting back to the road. You really need to think hard about your product/company and how it's represented. No response is necessary, I've read your other responses of the other that good the screws put to them as me. I far as I'm concerned your blowing smoke up my tailpipe. Once my vehicle is picked up I'm positive this review will get really ugly. Like the manager said I don't want your car to scratch our floor unloading your car so my guys had to help. SERIOUSLY???? Enjoy all the fraudulent $$$$$$$ your bringing in dude, you'll still end up same place as the rest...
Read moreOk, to start with, we have taken 3 cars here over the last 5 months for roughly $15K in automotive fixes. I do love their digital system that informs you of the recommended changes and allows you to opt in to each thing they want to fix.
Their customer service went downhill this year after Elijah left though. He was patient and knowledgeable. He provided education on repairs in a way I could understand and make decisions.
The guy replacing him is just SLOW, inefficient, wastes the customerâs time rehashing things weâve already discussed.
I think the old costumer service staff was a pleasant buffer to the gruff management that I ended up having to deal with several times due to difficult and prolonged work being done.
My biggest rub on the last job (a transmission replacement on a Nissan NV) was that I walked in and told them I had mechanical problem with the transmission. They proceeded to âtroubleshootâ 3 other major parts and software issues replacing and then removing new parts whenever they didnât fix the problem only to conclude over two weeks into the process that I needed a new transmission. The car was now undriveable, but ordering the $6000+ transmission was going to (and did) take 10 days to receive and two more days to install. Now to ensure the warranty on the part I have to take it in again to have it inspected in the next 15 days, losing my family vehicle for another day.
To top it off, our rear A/C system is mysteriously not working since theyâve had it for a month. It was previously working with no issues. This is probably bad timing, the hits keep coming.
Bottom line is I used to think they were dealing very honestly and had good customer service, now my perception is they are working very hard to make more work for themselves and upsell repairs.
Not sure if Iâll...
Read moreThey changed my oil and rotated my tires. I came here because I kept driving by it and noticed it had good reviews so thought I would give them a shot for the first service on my new to me car. The 2 star rating is for what could be determined a mis-diagnoses and miscommunication between the back and front of shop. That said, their ârequires attentionâ note from the inspection they did indicated my inner tie rods needed to be replaced and it would require an alignment and power steering flush. They told me the urgency was a 7 out of 10, 10 being most urgent. I said go ahead and do it. Lucky for me, they didnât have time. After doing some research, I called the shop I had been going to prior, Jensenâs. They told me it would be a 4-hour job if they had to remove the rack & pinion as the service note indicated, but they probably wouldnât need to and wouldnât charge me for it if they didnât, so I scheduled an appointment. Turns out, the inner tie rods are tight and my car only needed 1 outer tie rod replaced. Possibly a fluke situation, but I wonât be back. Thank God they didnât have time to complete the work and saved...
