Paradise Valley Municipal Court — Local services in Paradise Valley

I had been visiting this court house due to safety concerns and needing protection. One judge that did get me protection, the girl stated I lied on paperwork and got it dismissed months after it being granted which they should only have ten days to act on it but as stated on paperwork “she buried it”. (They hang out at cemeteries and bury things) After pushing me out of state it was dismissed. Why wasn’t she served right away? I also had one judge who is not using common sense and accurate facts stated on my paperwork to grant me the protection I needed. Another day the same judge had before her the couple that harmed my life and rights and ironically that’s the only day the officers guarding the building wouldn’t let me in due to me having a potential “bomb”. They thought I had a bomb due to me bringing a bag of paperwork full of what I call fraudulent work by them and their associates. (In 2023 I had a bomb ignite in my vehicle, but failed. Again ironic that the cop said that?) I also had a judge state that I should go talk to the people myself to see why they keep harming me; awful advice I was discussing needing protection from them and their evil ways of using cameras and energy to harm others. I should never be around them, they HURT ME. The day I couldn’t get in after previously never having a problem with the same men guarding, which had been about seven visits. I was then served with paperwork from Scottsdale by PV cops by someone who has been harming me since 2018. The same cop I asked to escort me to the building because I fear them saying “let’s square this away” handing it to me before I enter. Somehow through dark magic they prevented me from getting in and had a cop serve me for what I was there to get which is protection in writing. Then I go to Scottsdale because the paperwork has lies on it which is called perjury. I can’t see the judge because the paperwork I was served with wasn’t there. I even asked for it online paying five dollars for a copy and months later nothing. Was it a real document or do they know these judges or are they harming these judges like how they harm me? Be careful with our AZ system. Somethings not right when it comes to my rights and it not only puts me in fear but makes me fear for others who need/ed...

Today, we visited the Paradise Valley Municipal Court due to a traffic ticket my husband, Michael, received for exceeding the speed limit by seven miles per hour. Despite the minor infraction, Paradise Valley enforces traffic laws rigorously. Our clerk, Rachel, assisted us in obtaining an extension on the ticket, which was a relief as it provided us with ample time to manage the associated costs. Rachel was exceptionally kind and attentive, ensuring we understood the process for attending defensive driving school. The court's serene atmosphere was a welcome contrast to our home in Phoenix. Additionally, the officer who helped us check in was courteous and facilitated our passage through the metal detector. Overall, despite our initial anxiety about the court visit, the experience turned out to be quite manageable. Paradise Valley is a SPEED TRAP. dont drive thru paradise valley.....there are traffic cameras EVERYWHERE!!! And they will ticket you via traffic camera for going barely over the speed limit/ I've received 3 tickets - for going 45 in a 40 zone. I've lived in a lot of cities and if I could burn down all of Paradise Valley - I would! It's sickening that all the fat cops just sit behind a camera and send people tickets in the mail. Don't live in Paradise Valley, don't drive there and if you do...flip the bird...
