Do I recommend them? Yes! BUT...

The ice cream is delicious, prices are good and the workers are friendly and get your order right...usually.

Today (5/25/25) my boyfriend and I went in and to start we weren't greeted upon entering the store when we usually are.

We then make our orders and the girl is very unfriendly the whole time and didn't even give or offer my boyfriend a cone nor did she give him a spoon. We even brought it up while still in the store and she said nothing.

She on top of this also gave me the wrong flavor of ice cream. We had gone in the night before and I asked for Raspberry Lemon, the guy then got it from the front tub. Today I asked for the same flavor and she reached for the back tub. I asked about it nicely and she gave me a dirty look and proceeded to keep scooping from the wrong tub. Me thinking maybe I was mistaken said nothing more and once we got home I realized it was in fact the wrong flavor.

Upon leaving the store there was no thanks for coming in or anything just her glaring us down as we left.

I'm not sure who these girls where the one just stood there and the other who "served us" was blonde, both looked like teenagers. I hate to sound like a Karen but their service was terrible which is really sad considering our past experiences there...

Ridge Top Parlor is exactly what this town needed! The ice cream is seriously delicious—with fun, unique flavors that hit the spot every time. Prices are super reasonable, especially for the quality you're getting.

The place is spotless, and the atmosphere is warm and welcoming—but don’t worry, not too warm. The ice cream isn’t melting (yet)! 😄 Every time we’ve been in, the staff has been incredibly kind and upbeat—you can tell they genuinely love what they do.

I’ve tried ridge top twice now and had a couple of their flavors including s’mores, mint chip, and lemon bar. The ice cream itself was great in flavor and texture as well as good serving size per scoop. The shop is also super cute and has great potential, only downside is the staff. The couple of times I’ve gone the staff doesn’t even acknowledge you until it comes to your total which unfortunately doesn’t make the most inviting atmosphere in fact I prefer to sit outside to avoid them altogether.
