Read moreAte there Wed morning for the first time in about 6 or 7 years. Ordered the half pound beef patty and eggs. Delicious handmade beef patty. Good food and service. Went back Saturday night and ordered the same meal. It was a frozen hamburger patty. Expressed how disappointed I was when the food came. "Were you expecting something different?" "Yes the same meal I had 3 days ago" Just got excuses about them ordering from sysco and most food being frozen and Different cooks doing things different. I'm sorry but there is a major difference between a frozen hamburger patty and a hand formed piece of beef. Especially when its advertised as a half pound patty. Not a small frozen burger patty. It was brought up that they are out of things. "Next time you should try and ask for the hand pressed patty" Be consistent that's all I'm asking. Like I said, I would have ordered the homemade meatloaf. If I wanted a frozen hamburger patty I would have ordered a cheap burger. You cant be out of fresh beef and use that as an excuse, then follow up and tell me to order it that way or yes just get the meatloaf. I will not go back in 6 or 7 years. I will never return. If they had a working phone number posted anywhere I would be asking the manager some major questions. I decided to be polite and not interrupt everyone else's meal. There was a couple who came in as I was wanting to leave and they had issues with their food not being what they read and were just told by the staff. As someone who has worked in the foodservice industry for 16 years this...
