Aaron's Rent To Own — Local services in Paragould

I am a previous customer of aaron's, having purchased many items from them over the last 10 years, in Austin, TX and in Paragould, AR. I was satisfied in TX, but for some reason, Paragould doesn't care about customer satisfaction. I purchased a living room set in earlier this year totaling around $2500. I paid extra for the protection coverage. The salesperson told my wife and I that the furniture would be covered for any repair, whether or not we paid it of early, same as cash. That is what we did. The furniture is brand new, less than a year old, and the stitching has come apart between the back and the back cushion, creating a nice 4 inch hole at the top of the sofa. I went to the store manager and asked that it be repaired. He said he doesn't cover those repairs, but will just to be nice. He said it would be in 2 weeks. That was almost 2 months ago, and he has not made good on the repairs or kept his word. They lie to you to sell the product, they lie to you about the warranty, the lie to you about the repairs. This experience has given me reason NEVER to purchase anything from aaron's in Paragould again, and I would NOT recommend...

Tonight after hours Ashley, Christian and another guy I do not know the name of. Banged and kicked on my front door and walked around banging on our windows dragged my front porch chair over to peak into the window at the top of the door and peaked into our house through the back door. And almost 9 pm at night started screaming through the front door saying they're taking my furniture now. We told them to come back in the morning in the daylight when Aarons is open. We were trying to go to bed. They were their at 7:50 pm and left around 8:15 pm, between this time they just banged and banged on our doors and windows, and picked up Ashley and came back and stayed til 9:10 pm arguing with us. Corporate is being called in the morning! They never come to my house during the daytime. Always come after hours. Also lying about what I owe. NASTY PLACE. THEY SOLD ME A USED MATRESS AND DIDNT EVEN TELL ME. they put a bed bug sheet that zips up on it to hide it. never again will i rent from this place. i will be getting a lawyer for this. in the state of arkansas it is illegal to sell used mattresses without telling the costumer it’s used. i was paying OVER 3000. i have all the papers i need for this one. this is sick. very nasty place an rude management. taking my buisness elsewhere.
