Very dishonest store who only cares about making a dollar. They will rip you off if they think they can profit from it. They are liars and cheats.

I went to purchase alcohol for a wedding, and I asked the front desk worker if I could return unopened products if we did not use them for the wedding. He called his boss to make sure, and then told me "YES, you can return unopened products for a refund." Then, when I went to return the unopened bottles, I was told that I could NOT get a refund. Keep in mind that I purchased approximately $600 worth of alcohol from them initially, and was trying to return maybe $100 worth. If I was told originally that I could get a refund, the store should have kept their word and gave me a refund.

Additionally, the general manager Megan was very unpleasant to speak with. She was very rude after I explained my situation, and told me that "pretty much every liquor store does not offer refunds so I should not have been surprised." Well maybe I was surprised because your store worker initially told me I could get a refund??

This is the cleanest and nicest liquor store in Arkansas! The selection is vast and the beer is cold! The workers are so friendly, kinda and attentive and that Megan girl is just the sweetest! Not to mention the low prices! Save yourself the hassle and go a few miles down the road to the party store , especially if you’re a person of color . Watched the employee be friendly to every customer in front of me , and then get to me and be rude the entire transaction . Unsure if it’s just that particular employee or the business as a whole , but I won’t spend another dime here .
