My friend and I had dinner tonight. It was incredibly busy around 630 on a Friday night. Our server Tosha was awesome. It was obvious how busy she was by her movement but never by her behavior. She didn't let it being busy affect her friendliness I truly appreciated her attentiveness she smiled the entire times even though I know she was ready for a break. She never let us see it if she had any issues.Even the young lady that delivered our food was sweet. Dark haired young lady pretty girl she was wearing a black hat if I remember correctly. The entire staff that we encountered was awesome they did a great job! I've worked in customer service for 30 years now and I wanted to brag on he this place because they deserve it. It definitely shows when employees are happy! Our food was amazing as usual portions were BIG flavor was great. The only thing that I wish had been different was I got my salad took one bite and my dinner plate came then my appetizer came. I was pleasantly surprised. It's not the fanciest looking place and I'll admit I was a bit disappointed when I walked in. I was expecting something a little more familiar with restaurants (sections, separation, privacy). But to be fair that was my expectation, not something advertised or promised. So I'll set that aside and speak to the food. IT WAS DELICIOUS!!! The ribs were fall off the bone good and the smoke flavor was bold and beautiful. I would've liked an option for a spicier BBQ sauce, but the 1 homemade flavor they had was delicious. My kids are notorious for nibbling a little and then being done, but on several occasions after being "full" they went back for more because they enjoyed it so much. The biggest knock I'll give is the lack of attention to detail with orders. Multiple items were wrong when they arrived to the table, but they were quick to address and rectify the issue.
