Pardeeville Hometown Pharmacy — Local services in Pardeeville

I stopped in to look around a week ago, because I enjoy the Portage store, but I did not feel welcome at all at the Pardeeville store. Not only did the 2 women at the cahier station (for the gift shop) not smile or acknowledge me, when I walked in, they were also talking loudly enough about someone (and not nicely) that I could hear the whole conversation while browsing the shop. They clearly looked at me, but just looked like they didn't want me there. I did buy something, but still no smiles or friendly feeling, I actually felt uncomfortable. I worked customer service for years, and this isn't they way to make people want to come back. I just wondered what they said about me when I left. I talked to someone else from the area and they said the same.

I did see, who I assume was a pharmasist, helping an older gentle man and she seemed helpful...

Worst pharmacy I have ever been to.

Horrible experience.

They didn't have my prescriptions ready nor did they have my insurance information even though it was given to them days in advance. After talking to a REAL pharmacist I found out I was ridiculously overcharged for my prescription and ended up having to go back to get reimbursed over $90 because of the mistake hometown pharmacy made. Overall it's a very disorganized and informal place. I wouldn't recommend this...

Have to say, in the past this Pharmacy had problems. But, now its a great place to get your medicine. There has been a complete overhaul of staff and pharmacist. I have only good things to say about them. Fast, and friendly are all of them. Highly recommend. Only see one problem, not open on Sundays.
