Off the Square — Local services in Paris

I have been having a rough time I lost my daughter and my roommate talked me into doing something nice for myself so I went & bought clothes at Off the Square. Later I went to put the shirt on and when I raised my arms my entire stomach shown when I went to grab something on the top shelf. It was 13 days since I bought the clothes. I was told they had a ten day return policy. Devastated and thinking I lose my child and I don't even deserve a shirt. And the universe is agreeing because I can't even get a shirt that fits with a store that has a 10 day return policy that is written in small letters at the bottom of the receipt. My roommate had me call a few days later asking if I could exchange it and I was told the owner will call me back. After 3 weeks with no answer I called again this time I spoke with the owner and she said something will get figured out. Then I waited almost 2 more weeks. I called yet again and was told there was nothing to be done that the 10 day return policy is to protect the vendors. I asked her what about protecting your customers at least put a sign in big print at the register were it can be seen about your 10 day policy. I just wish they cared about the customers. While visiting Paris and looking at an alley behind a building a lady named Alex asked if I needed any help and I told her I was just looking around and admiring the buildings. Seems the one I was admiring was her boutique “Off the Square” and told me the history of the building as a grain store and what it looked like before over two years of rehabilitation created a beautiful store. I just love going in this store! The girls are so helpful and kind with smiling faces!! Ran in today in a rush for a last minute wedding outfit change and Ava was a rockstar and finding the most perfect dress for the occasion! Couldn’t love this dress any more.
