This store should be ashamed along with the employees in there and the manager reprimanded for leaving food out unattended with no ice, take a look at These sausages, they are in a bucket with no ice and very warm to the touch, if they feed this to people, they will get sick. The store was not busy and plenty of employees walking around to see this. It was right by the door where it opens and closes so lots of heat comes in. It seems like this Food city keeps going down hill Every time I come in. I did not spend not one dollar in this store because they don’t deserve my money today. these are the times I wish I had two more hands, so that I can give them 4 thumbs down....

I shopped here earlier today, purchasing plenty of food and a bottle of wine. The cashier bagged my goods and when I got my things out of the car, my single bagged bottle of wine fell through and shattered in my driveway. I promptly returned to the store with the shattered bottle, my receipt and the bag with the hole in it. The cashier admitted that she should’ve double bagged it and apologized while she called over the manager. The manager however told me that it’s no longer their responsibility once my purchase was taken off property. They did not refund or replace my broken item. I love going to food city. They have many in the Phoenix area and casa Grande. I was surprised to see one in Parker. My favorite for to cook and eat is Mexican food. This store really caters to this type of food. The fruit and vegetables section is always clean and stocked. Have a good verity of meat and at a good price. The bakery is really nice and has a lot of Spanish types to offer. Make this your grocery store for all the cooking needs. It's a home town store and the checkers treat you like family.
