China Garden Restaurant — Restaurant in Parker

This Chinese food is really good. The setting is casual and Ive even seen people come in right from the river with their swimsuit tops on and shorts/ flip flops. I would recommend ordering the bobo platter as an appetizer and for the main course sesame seed chicken, kung pao chicken and the egg rolls are always fresh and delish. The only time I dont like eating here is when theyre really busy or later in the evening. If you dine in or order any other time the food is really good. The waiters are friendly but have thick accents and struggle to understand our english. I dont ever order drinks like soda or juice here because it tastes really bad like you can taste the tap water in it. Just stick to Iced Tea and youll be alright or beer as those are bottled and cold anyway! The cleanliness of China Garden was impeccable, the bathroom was spotless, the dining area was neat and they were on top of keeping it that way constantly, no tables had dirty dishes with pieces of food or crumbs all over the table. The service was nothing less than great, they were polite, courteous, and patient, ordering was stress free and easygoing, they listened and took the time to explain a couple of entrees when asked. Now the best part: the food; I ordered kung pao pork and my wife ordered cashew chicken; they were just 2 of many lunch specials for only $7.95 or 8.95 for the entrees with shrimp. They all included choice of 2 soups and an egg roll with sweet and sour dipping sauce. My wife said that was the best egg flower soup she'd ever had and my hot and sour soup was excellent. The egg roll was standardly good and we both thought our entrees were delicious! This was our 1st time in Parker and next time we come back, we will come to China Garden...

Not the cleanest place. But to be fair, it was packed and they were trying to get people in and out as quickly as possible. Our table was barely wiped off, had to have them clean it again. The floor under the table had 2 pieces of broccoli, several used napkins, s fork, and fortune cookie wrappers and fortunes. This was my first time there, but we were with others that had been there several times. They said that was unusual. I was surprised how packed it was for a Tuesday. The servers were good and one of them was very funny too. The food was good and plentiful. I just wish they had more combos. They did for lunch, but not for dinner. I like nice combo's with 3 or 4 different dishes. Dinner doesn't offer that, unless you have 2 or more ordering the same thing. We did not have that in our group. So I only got to try 1 dish. I had a dish that had shrimp, chicken, and beef. It was good, but I still missed having a combination of items...
