I don’t recommend this company at all. This place doesn’t deserve not even 1 star. I’m not sure how they even operate as business. A Groupon was purchased as a gift for my Mom’s birthday. It says no where on their website that you must contact them before buying a Groupon. Nor does it state their Groupon listing . My Mom contacted the phone number listed on their website to get availability and to schedule something with them. A lady answered the phone with an attitude and said “you know your calling my cell phone?” My mom simply told her that this number was listed on their website as point of contact. Now this call was made during an appropriate time of day. Not early morning or at night. My Mom place the call in the afternoon during business hours. The woman on the other line still continued with her attitude and told her “ you will have to go on my website pick a picture and call her back” My mother did just that but was immediately sent to voice mail. My mother attempted to reach out over the next few days each time being sent to voicemail. My mom asked me after a week of not being able to reach anyone for me to call to see if I can get through. I called and left a message. My voicemail was followed up by saying sorry I can’t talk now. So I text letting them know I have a Groupon for 2 and would like availability to schedule something. They told me they were fully booked. I asked for next openings she replied Thursday or Friday but they don’t accept groupons on those days and I can just pay $28 per person. I let her know that I want to use the Groupon. She asked for the names and told me that she don’t see the Groupon in her system and that I would need to pay. She then told me to send me the Groupon number which I screenshot it to her. She only gave me options to book on they days she didn’t use Groupon. So I was still willing to keep checking on availability. Then she stop responding to my texts as well as my calls. Wow what a way to run a business. If you were a smart business women you would know that customer service is key and good customer service brings more customers. My brother just contacted me to say hey I saw that the Groupon I brought for Mom was redeemed but she never used it. I let him know we were never able to schedule anything and the person I was communicating asked for the Groupon booking number and never heard back. So by me sending a screenshot of the number they redeemed it. They’re straight scammers. Just look at how they so conveniently posted a few fake reviews after my brother and sister -in law posted legit reviews because of their experience. Scammers will be scammers. How you a customer writing a review about what percentage Groupon takes? The owner is rude and became unresponsive for no reason and redeemed my mothers vouchers. The most recent so called positive reviews claiming to be customers using the same verbiage. Yeah ok Smh. Word of advice Save your money and time for a real business. On that note Check out Yelp for screenshots of conversation. *Update the owner just made a fake account and posted a review with my name Autumn Renee then when I called her out on it she change the name to Autumn B. Like really you couldn’t be more original than that? Like the name Autumn is that common. Scammers. She will create positive reviews for her own company to drown out all the bad reviews. Please every review on here and Yelp. Side note I didn’t create 3 accounts to post a review. ** My Brother who purchased the Groupon posted a valid review. His wife posted a review as well because she found you on Groupon and they both paid for it. Be aware of how the owner takes advantage of others time and money. I bought a Groupon with three other friends and the owner wasn't willing to accommodate us, finding all kind of excuses. She even suggested us to return the Groupon and told us to buy it directly from her as she claimed that in certain days they don't accept Groupons. I've been a Groupon customer since 2012 and I know that you have to read the fine print before processing any kind of purchase. THEY WERE NO DATE/TIME RESTRICTIONS for this Groupon. My friends and I ended up cancelling this purchase from Groupon and we made sure we explained the reasons. Don't waste your time and money on this business. The owner should be taking this reviews in a constructive way to provide a better customer service if she wants to grow her business instead of being aggressive and rude on her replies. Simply, that's not how you bring clients. Hopefully Groupon will take our comments into consideration and remove this business from their platform. Updated after receiving a response from the owner: I understand that businesses need to make a profit, which is completely fair. But that’s not the issue here. As customers, we don’t know what the arrangement with Groupon is. If you choose to use that platform, then you should honor the customers who come through it. As I mentioned, there were no fine print details explaining any limited availability for Groupon customers. There’s just no excuse for that.

I am not inclined to write negative reviews especially for small businesses, however, this owner is shockingly rude, has no idea how to run an effective business and was completely unprepared for our party which was booked 1 1/2 months ago. We were there 1/2 hr before our party as arranged. She was sitting behind a desk. Did not bother to get up or greet us. I inquired as to why our party was not set up and she screamed at me and told me if I did not like it she would cancel the party that minute. I was SHOCKED. She never actually greeted us at all. She never said sorry last party was stressful. We would have understood. She was literally drawing the pictures for the first 1/2 hr of the party. So we paid for a 2 hr party and it really was only 1.5 hrs. Keep in mind I had set this up well in advance. I sent pictures for our theme over a month before. She had the easiest party to manage with 13 year olds and yet she basically did nothing. She did sit on her phone quite a bit. My husband and I ran around cleaning up, taking care of all the party. We really wondered what we paid for at all. Her daughter helped at the party and was very nice. Her daughter worked hard. She apologized and explained they had a huge party of 6 year olds before where they actually had to work really hard. You should also know after booking the party and paying a $100 deposit the owner asked me a week later to move my party time so she could book this other party.
