I scheduled a pick-up beforehand on-line (which I strongly encourage) and arrived at 1:45 pm with a line already forming for a 2:00 opening. I was about 7 or 8 in line.
They opened on time, though they had a computer glitch that delayed service.
Note: If you schedule a pick-up you DO NOT need to wait in line. Just let Security outside know you are picking up and you go to the head of any line.
Security will check your I.D. outside and run a wand over you checking for metal (guns) before letting you in.
Once inside the front doors you will check-in with someone in a fron hallway who is behind a window. They will check your I.D. and gather their necessary information. Tell that person that you are picking-up and they will send you straight in to the sales area.
There is a line established just for pick ups though not well marked (tape on the floor).
Make sure you check your order BEFORE you walk away. The bud tender initiated that without my request and I'm glad she did because the order was WRONG. She quickly found the problem and professionally rectified it, which was appreciated.
Selection when picking up is (obviously) much better at the dispensary then from delivery, though delivery is definitely more convenient.

Nice afternoon drive through the Ag. Lands Good Selection (on-line for pick-up) Really Good Product Quality Staying Open until 10:00 pm - Understood Not opening until 2:00 pm - No Bueno Poor Delivery Selection - this business model HAS and WILL lose them business. Need to increase selection...

The “bud tender” was beyond my wildest expectations. …. I asked a million questions and narrowed it down to a pretty custom order, for myself as in individual anyway.I had some very effective ones for sleep and also for creativity, and also some that just wasn’t I thought it would be … or , I was not clear on what I wanted vs. it was just to try. I have been assisted by the most knowledgeable bud tenders.
Hear me out please… I moved to the valley and being from Eugene OR… it was a culture shock. It was Covid . I had a couple experiences at different dispensaries in the valley, and with out naming names, I wasn’t largely impressed . A good bud tender is not who can sell the most . Or who has the best jokes …a great budtender wants to help you get what your are seeking , by listening to your ideas and effects and leading you in that direction. They must have an extreme knowledge. It’s also an experience . When I came into this dispensary, I was pleasantly surprised. I judged it and should not have. I was treated so well… I was informed and never made to feel like any questions was dumb. Bonuses were given to me… bud tender suggested a few for my purpose … informed me if sales,he also never made me feel I was being to slow.. it seemed to be fluid throughout the store. Read moreI’ve been buying product from Cannable for a couple years now. Their delivery service used to be awesome and had a decent variety of things to choose from but lately that has not been the case. In fact, I don’t purchase from them like I used to because of this. I’m disabled and it’s hard for me to go there in person. Further, I wish they had some sort of consistent menu for delivery. Some people actually use these things as medication and not just recreational. Their inconsistent menu makes it hard to get what you need. I know they offer next day delivery which is another reason why I stop consistently ordering. Please go back to the way you were. I miss the consistency. Edit: they say they tried to contact me but I have not received any messages???? Weak to claim that on here. Further, I see all the loyalty points that I accumulated are gone… Update: I bought three packs of three bundles of vapes and they only delivered one and do not want to deliver the other two. I called 15 times in one day which I got to talk to no one and they’re telling me that they called when they didn’t call me. I’m so sick of this place I tried to go back but it just didn’t work out for me. I’m going to be turning them into the Better Business Bureau and weights and measures over this. The manager told the employee I talk to you that she talk to me and she didn’t I never talk to the manager. I don’t understand why it’s taking so long to make this right. Shame on you...
