Got a stiizy starter kit here that didn't work, and when I tried to bring it back because it didn't work the cashier there insisted no refunds. I paid cash so no receipt. His solution was to try new my cart in a new battery, not the one that didn't work. Since it worked in the new one he wouldn't give a refund, makes no sense. Why would anyone try to fleece somebody out of 30 bucks because a battery didn't work? He insisted that he can't be sure that I didn't just bring him another battery even though he sold me the battery about an hour prior. I'm not going to go and just get a random battery to turn in for the money. Make sure that what you get here is working right away or else your money is forfeit.
