When they had initially installed the new battery they had cracked it( w/o my knowledge) causing my car to shut off on the freeway. I never received a receipt in person or through an email. Iâve gone to mechanics and theyâve all said everything was fine, cut to today August 27th the battery is completely inoperable land the crack was noticed by an employee at a different Autozone in Santa Ana. When I called the original store they said they couldnât do anything to help and I was pretty much SOL. Iâve been told a receipt can be tracked as by other employees but when I mentioned it to the female I was speaking with she simply hung up the call.    Read moreI know things get delayed but just wasted a trip time n gas. I ordered something they didnt have in stock 3 days ago and they said we'll have it next day so I let 3 days pass just incase. I go 2day and they dont have it they said either it wasnt ordered or it was misplaced and still asked was it paid for gave him my receipt #. They said we'll order it again come tomorrow told them I'll be there in a couple of days. The other thing I'm disabled and when I got there I asked for curbside pickup and was told they dont do that I would have to go inside while it states that they do. I'm not upset just an inconvenience since I borrowed a car and am disabled and its hard to get around. They should update that they dont do...
