First time here and communication is BAD. There are all kinds of notices posted on the wall, the Do’s and Dont’s but nobody acknowledged me until 30 minutes after signing nI for a 3 pm appointment and then I was told we’ll knock on your door when ready. 3 hours later I went back into the office and was given a door but then they went to lunch. Finally got loaded at 9:15 pm but then had to wait 45 minutes for paperwork, while the girl read her book, so somebody else asked what I needed. You better have enough time in your logbook or you’ll be spending the night on the street. The reason I gave one star rating was for the loader as he was friendly. Next time I’m given this load from my dispatcher, I will refuse it. Terrible...

Loader and office staff was very helpful and friendly only one guy how came out to give me was very very rude I was outside my truck when I saw him come close to my truck I call him (yes sir I’m her ) he ignored me and start walking to next track when I ask him do you guys have a door for me? After dealing with this place for over 15 years, tonight was probably the worst I’ve ever seen them, will have to rethink our logistical map towards picking up products from them. Samantha was very inoperative in our efforts to do a pick up today. Asking any kind of question I would get hung up on. Or put on hold without even knowing. I strongly recommend custom produce doing a thorough traing on how to handle calls, as we’ll learning a bit more about logistics. Wish the best upon them however, the worst was...
