Starbucks — Restaurant in Parlier

It’s Friday February 7th 7:15Pm the girl at the drive Thru window didn’t even ask us if we wanted to remove the whip cream on the matcha frappe we ordered just because we asked for almond Milk she assumed we didn’t want whip so we got Our drink she was singing and completely ignoring us we were waiting to ask her to please add whip cream and we waited like 4 min watching her sing with her coworkers. When she finally came to us my boyfriend kindly let her know he wanted whip cream and she didn’t say a word she just took the drink gave a nasty look put whip cream and gave it back and turned around so quick she didn’t apologize or anything just left the window. We usually LOVE this location the drinks are always BOMB.com and they were this time too just that new girl at the drive thru...

This place is off a very busy street I don't like the fact the on my way there I tried to make an order over the phone the guy seemed busy even though there was no one inside and like 2 cars in the drive-thru from what I was able to see when I was talking on the phone with the guy it's probably because this covid-19 thing but if they're trying to reduce the spread of covid-19 then they should allow you to order over the phone I don't have the app on my phone and I don't care to get it I guess the only good thing about it was that I went in ordered and got my drink back fast and left and the drink i got I never had before the guy who took my order seemed pretty knowledgeable about the drink and others so that was nice but I guess I'll stick to just going through...

I have been to my fair share of Starbucks in many cities and I have to say, the parlier location is my favorite! The workers here are always so kind and patient! They never judge my orders or rush me in any sense and are always happy to customize my drinks. My favorite part aside from all this is the cute messages they write on my cups sometimes! We’ve become familiar enough for them to do this for me and it honestly makes my morning awesome! It’s the words you need to just keep seeing through your Day as you sip on your delicious drink!
