Burger King — Restaurant in Parlier

Edit update 8/16/18: Went back after the remodel. Its even worse. My hamburger had brown lettuce and the guy working the drive thru was completly rude and seemed very agitated I wanted to use a coupon I got in the mail. We asked for napkins, ketchup, the usual, nothing. Our burgers were just thrown together, none of them had any type quality control. The fries were limp and soggy without salt, and they were out of half the soda brands they carry. Just a huge disappointment. AVOID!!!

I just moved less than a mile away, and since this is the only fast food close by, I have been their several times since I moved. NOT. ONE. ORDER. HAS. BEEN. CORRECT. I mean like putting cheese on hamburgers that were clearly expressed NO CHEESE DUE TO AN ALLERGY- there is cheese everytime. Part of our orders are always missing, they even forget what goes on their burgers... Their frys are always soggy and half cold, it takes FOREVER to get your food and they can not count change back. CHECK YOUR RECIEPT!! Calling to complain does NO good. They don't care!

Well after waiting for a hour almost after close to receive our meals. The cookies to replace my daughters chocolate shake were missing. The chocolate milk for the kids meal and BBQ sauce were not there. We had a ton of over cooked nuggets though, don't they look tasty and dry. Fries were cold and the cheese sticks guess what no sauce! Oh and my Mother's bacon cheese burger probably would have made her sick, and oh my so much for fixings on that Burger too. So paid for items and got nothing even in exchange after waiting a hour just for them to start making our order. They don't answer the phone so you have to bang on the door like a lunatic to get part of what...

Go through the drive thru for the person to not even listen to us, was in the middle of ordering and made us wait for them to get back to us. We had to pretty much yell our order to them, and repeat it multiple times for them to still get it wrong. After all that you figured you would double check the order at the window, where they handed us a receipt you can't even read. They kept thinking we had two shakes and who knows if we got charged for it or not. And then we didn't even get our complete order or straws. I also had ordered a regular chicken sandwich with no tomato, but it turned out to be spicy and had tomato even when he repeated it to us no...
