Gear Box Computers — Local services in Parma Heights

TLDR: Great prices, kind and courteous owners, and speedy repair times equal a business that I feel like you can actually trust. I highly reccomend.

Let me start off by saying that I feel like there's an inherit mistrust to any repair service, whether it be for a car, a computer, or something else.

So when I needed my PC repaired, and I found myself with a lack of time to do it myself. I took a chance and went to Gearbox.

I've never met more kind and professional individuals than the people who run this store. They explained every step of the process they took, from diagnostics to actual repair. Their prices? Extremely reasonable and competitive, especially when you keep in mind that inherit mistrust of other service providers..

I very rarely leave reviews on the places I visit, but gearbox was such a pleasant surprise that I felt it would be unfair to them If I didn't atleast leave a review.

I needed a trustworthy company to fix my computer, the prices were good, drop off was simple, pick up was a breeze and they were pretty dang speedy as well.

Absolutely the best.staff was super nice. They are super affordable and it took like a week and a half because of parts ordered) I spilled water on my PC and was so worried it was done for, they charged me 129 to repair it(before tax, it was 139 after and I had to argue to tip because the guy wouldn't let me) they kept me up to date on the repair process and even ordered a new little part and it didn't change the cost at all. Once I we t to pick it up I just expected to take it but they went through the process to show me that it was fixed and even went the extra mile to clean my PC and installed windows on my said (it was on my hard drive which I was informed is going bad he also brought over my files from the hard drive so I still had everything) that made my PC boot up faster and now works even better than before. This family operated owned business is the only place I will ever take my computers to. Their hospitality and knowledge is un comparable to any. This family owned business are such kind and helpful people. I love their service and hospitality. Their knowledge is excellent and I don’t get to see them very often because they fix everything perfect. I kind of want to break my computer just to go see them again.
