✨⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️✨ I don’t hand out five stars lightly, but Potelah knocked it out of the park today. I tried their potato “pizza” dish and a blended juice—man, it was hands-down the best lunch I’ve had in years. From the get-go the portion size was generous: a perfect base of potato, topped just right (they nailed the balance of crispy skin, fluffy interior, and fresh toppings). Then the pizza-style twist added that wow factor—something different, memorable. The juice I paired with it was smooth, fresh, and hit that refreshing sweet spot perfectly. What’s more: The toppings and flavor combos lined up exactly like what other folks rave about: big baked potatoes loaded with toppings, really fresh, and generous. The place is locally owned, which always adds a little intangible “good-vibes” bonus. If you’re in the Cleveland area and you’ve got a hunger of epic proportions, swing by Potelah. Whether you’re in the mood for something familiar like a loaded potato or want to branch out into this potato-pizza territory, they’ve earned your time. I’ll be back—and soon. Thanks for the great meal! You’ve got a return customer.

This past weekend Potelah offered their potatoes for $4.99 with your choice of protein for an additional $1 each. I had been wanting these for a long time and they did NOT disappoint!! They were amazing and huge in size. It was enough for me to take for lunch the next day at work.I went with the Turkey Sausage it was great and my friend got the Gyro potato. I wouldn't plan on eating there because it's too small of a space and doesn't have a public restroom (I believe.. didn't see one) I do however recommend checking them out for yourselves. You won't be disappointed. They were so good we took the 30 minute drive twice this past weekend!

Great gluten free food options Turkish loaded potatoes, potato pizzas 🥔 , juices and desserts Build your own creations, choosing from a wide range of toppings to load up classic baked potatoes or try a “potato pizza.” The menu also features fresh juices, smoothies, and sweet potato based desserts with ice cream and toppings. Options for vegetarians and meat-lovers The Turkish music blares though, which makes it hard to hear or talk Outside patio seating in front parking lot Locally owned

We ordered 2 potatoes and 1 juice through Uber Eats. This was not a big or complicated order, we just got cheese/bacon and one of us was supposed to get bbq sauce. We arrived a few minutes after it said it was ready on Uber eats but when we went to pick it up we were told that it was not actually ready at all. At first this wasn’t a big deal because we thought it would only be a few extra minutes but we didn’t end up getting our food until an HOUR after it said it was ready!!! If we didn’t remind them about the juice they wouldn’t have given it to us, and they completely left off the bbq sauce one potato was supposed to have, even after double checking with them that they would add the sauce. Then when we finally went to eat the “quick” food we had to wait over an hour to get, it was half cold, the cheese wasn’t melted well, the potatoes weren’t stirred together much at all, and the bacon was barely cooked and inedible. We had to fix them up at home with our own ingredients to salvage this meal and the money we spent. The guy who seemed to be running the show was apologetic and seemed like he wasn’t getting a lot of help from the other guy working. He scribbled down something on a paper of theirs that we could have $5 off our next order, the thought was nice but it does not help this situation whatsoever. This was our first experience at Potellah and it was very disappointing. We will not be returning, waste of money.

Update: We’ve been feeling sick ever since we ate it. Please save yourself and...

My Wife and I stopped in after hearing about Potelah, from a few different sources. There are many toppings to choose from to fit everyone's eating habits as my Wife, eats vegan and was accdomdated to her eating needs.

The potatoes where delicious and prepared in a unique oven. The potato was soft on the inside with a really nice crispy skin. There are a few options on the menu that where not available. However, after speaking with the Owner, he mentioned throwing away most of these options at the end of the night. I give him credit for not wasting food or his money.

We had a nice conversation with the owner at the end of our meal. We didn't have much in the of way of critiquing, just a few suggestions for Him. He was really receptive to our suggestion and critiques as he was already aware and seemlying took them under consideration.

The Owners genuine interest in our feed back, suggestions, few critiques had really stood out to us. We could tell after speaking with him he genuinely wants to provide the best possible experience for His, Customer's.

We also got some of the juices in a combo meal. Really a good deal to go that route. The juice took longer to prepare then the potatoes, but was worth the wait as most of ingredients where all fresh.

If you are looking for something different to eat and can accommodate everyone's eating habits at a reasonable price, I recommend Potelah!

Thank you Potelah, for providing a great experience along with a great product! We will...

Omg! I don't know where they get these potatoes they must come from heaven! First of all if you saw this place from the outside you would never ever believe you were going to eat such amazing food is this tiny little place that I had to use Google maps to find but was so happy I found it. The potatoes are humongous as a matter of fact I couldn't finish mine sadly. The customer service was phenomenal. And the amount of potato toppings available was insane. The Man who made My potato wasn't artist. You have everything available from gyro meat to broccoli, I cannot stress to you enough how delicious this baked potato was. No charge for the toppings It's all included. And it was affordable I can't stress to you how affordable it was especially with how expensive everything is right now!! The only thing that I can say bad about this place is that we don't have one in Alliance. If I had the ability to drive to Parma heights everyday to get one of these potatoes I probably would That's how delicious they are and that's how amazing the customer service is. Y'all have to go try this place You simply have to. And I'm praying that somebody with the ability to will open up one of these places in the Alliance area very very soon because we don't just want one...
