Called to try and see if they had a particular brand that I was looking for. The guy that answered said hastily how they had a lot of brands including the one I asked about, I asked what they normally went for (price-wise) and he said I’d have to come in to find out what they had, followed by “and look I’ve got a lot of customers right now sorry but I don’t have time to go check everything for you over the phone,” despite the somewhat annoyed tone he said that with, I still was going to be very understanding because I’ve worked in customer service in the past as well and I get how things can be sometimes in that line of work… so I was about to say “okay no worries I’ll see you soon,” but the VERY MOMENT he got that last word out to finish his sentence he hung up on me immediately. I felt like that was really rude.. he could’ve rather said: “I’m sorry but I’m busy right now call me back in maybe _ minutes and I’ll be able to help!” Or at the very least, if he just hadn’t said what he said in the super annoyed tone of voice and then hung up on me so rudely like that, I wouldn’t have been bothered at all. But anyways I go up there and lo and behold… they don’t even have the product I was asking about over the phone…. He tried saying “guess someone beat you to it,” but I could tell by the way he seemed so confused and really tried looking for it expecting it to be there, that they were already out of stock for that day and he just didn’t realize when I asked on the phone earlier. Only reason I’m giving 2 stars instead of just 1 is because the atmosphere in there was definitely top-notch compared to the majority of other smoke shops...

The only vape shop that is worth going to in town as far as I’m concerned!! They are super helpful and kind. Doesn’t matter who is working when I go there , they know my name and are quick to suggest flavors or products if I’m stuck in a rut of the same ole same ole…They also stay stocked up on all the best devices and flavors!!! Always looking out for my wallet with the different daily specials and discounts. Proud to call this place my vape shop 🙂😁.. 5out of 5 would highly...

Juice I bought didn’t taste that great. Vanilla custard is what it was supposed to taste like but was a sweet chemical taste instead. I know Labette county has a high tax rate and with that plus the extra Kansas tacks on made the price expensive. $20 for 60 ml of juice is in my book too expensive. I only got it as my normal juice hadn’t arrived yet. I buy mine online and I get two 100 ml bottles with shipping...
