Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Parsons

Paid for my carryout order and stepped aside so he could help the person behind me. Well 2 mins later he notices me standing there and asked what I needed. Uhhh the pizza I just paid $63 dollars for dude? He then tries to convince me he already gave it to me and so after a couple mins of him arguing with me I finally got what was supposed to be my pizza but got home and nope sure wasn't. So I had to take it back and wait another 30 mins on my order. $63 for pizza I got 2 hours later is not something I enjoyed. Also while waiting on my remake I watched a delivery driver shows up with pizza she states very loudly she had given to someone and they took inside before opening and noticing it was also wrong. The supervisor then informs her to put the pizza back on the delivery warmer and sticks a new receipt on it and sends it back out. I ordered a supreme pizza with extra olives and very easy sauce. I recieved a pizza with ALOT OF SAUCE AND NO OLIVES AT ALL. When I called to request my pizza be remade the way I asked young lady says she can't find a BUTTON add olives to my pizza. I explain to her that it's an added topping and I have no problem paying for the olives. She says I can't even charge you for the olives because there's no button to push!???! I have ordered my pizza the same way for 20++ years. I tell her to please remake my pizza with very little sauce and extra olives please. Which she replied well there maybe an extra charge for the olives. I have never had an issue with getting my pizza hut then again I alway get delivery I had my bf walk to pick it up to save some money when he got there the staff completely ignored him sitting in lobby I understand that they are closing soon so I wouldn't be that upset if so much didn't happen it took him 30 min of sitting an waiting for the store manger to help him an once my bf got the food he was handed it an the person walked away rudely.
