I purchased a atv from them on April 21 and got it home (2hrs away). The atv would not start, I hooked up to a battery charger per the manager when I called. Left it on for a few hrs. and still nothing. So I called the next day and was told I could go buy a battery and they would mail me a battery the next day. No big deal. I should of gotten it no later than Wednesday or Thursday (4/24-4/25). Still nothing I have called several times and texted several times about this issues to the Number the manager gave me. Every time I call I get the same response, oh we will get it out the next day. I am out $2800.00 because they suck at customer service. I'm over this place! I just want my money back at this point, cause the atv is sitting in my garage and can not do anything with it. I am 2hrs from the location or I would go bring it back. DO NOT USE THEM!!!!!...

My boys love their 4 wheelers. But one of them don’t work since we were buying it the worker was having a hard time turning it on we had it for 4 days tops and is always turning off!! He said he needs to take it to the mechanic first like dude u should test them first before purchasing he just don’t want to struggle into writing all the paper work all over again!! Test drive them first then do the paperwork!!! I’m taking it back tomorrow it’s dangerous my son is driving it and it turns off in the middle of the street it also shakes horrible!! Theirs a lot of smoke that comes out the motor 🤦🏻‍♀️! Iv taken it back 3 times within the week from when I bought it and we live 2 hrs away and they can’t do anything WTH their supposedly mechanic knows everything on how to fix it and made it worse!!...

So found these guys on fb and honestly forgot who I spoke with but told them I wanted to purchase a bike he instructed me on how to apply for finance and what to do after he was great I was approved and call him back to I form him I would be there sunday to complete purchase.
