PLS Check Cashers — Local services in Pasadena

Aug 28, 2018 An employee named leticia with high lights took it upon herself to get my fiancées number to text him while she was at the job on Pasadena Blvd when he updated his info cashing his check! I was texting her back trying to figure out who she was, how she got his number cause it’s new & he hasn’t gave it to anyone (she thought it was him texting back) I would like for her to get fired for that! She violated the companies policy by unlawfully getting into his personal confidential information, contacting him by text an flirting with him asking if it was him texting her & if so whens his birthday to prove it. Had nothing to do with pl$. Just because someone goes in & updates their info an says they aren’t legally married (is that question even part of updating his information?) doesn’t give you the right to get his info through the system & start texting him, not knowing if he's common law married or has a girlfriend with children which he is and does! So yes we went to Her job & spoke to the manager while she was there. she said she was going to speak to her employee leticia, But she deserves to get fired!! not getting of with a warning or write up ! so I need to speak to the managers supervisor! Because who knows how many others she looked up contacting them for non reasons related to PL$ or who could be next or what kind of private information she could be sharing...

I always come to this PLS to do Western Union transfers they are always so nice but Jose helped me last week and he kept my change I told him he didn't give my change and he got an attitude back at me saying that he didn't owe me anything.I just decided to let him keep it but he should really work on his customer service I came 3 days later and ge didn't even want to help me he sent me to another window thank God I came in and Giovana Esperanza and Gina helped me they are always so nice and attentive he should really...

Great customer service from Esperanza and Gina they got me in and out it was really a breezy smooth easy process I tried to cash my check at other places but they didn’t wanna help and automatically denied me because I didn’t have a bank account or because they didn’t have money or never cashed for the company before. so I came to PLS to see if they could , and they genuinely wanted to help.
