Taco Bell — Restaurant in Pasadena

I went to Taco Bell and got 2 of the $2 burritos I got the beefy something burrito and it didn’t have any beef in it at all it was all rice so it was a ricey burrito and I got the grilled chicken burrito but I opened it up to see how it was after I found out my beefy burrito didn’t have any beef in it and I only had three pieces of grilled chicken in it filled with everything else picture below i’ll drive trucks, so when I found out it was too late I was gone. I am tired of paying the price they ask for when I ask for my food and I get screwed every time this has to stop fast food is not any good anymore They are going up on the price but shorting us on the food this has to stop I will never stop there again then the grilled chicken burrito is hard as hell too. I want to say thank you to the essential employees there. I really appreciate the way they handle their drive through service. I noticed that at the time of paying , the cashier held the machine out so that I was able to swipe my own card. And at the time of giving me my food bag and drink it was placed on a food tray by the food preparer and the cashier never actually touched my bag. Everyone was wearing gloves but keep in mind a lot of fast food restaurants are still touching money and other people’s credit cards and then grabbing your food bag and drink and handing them to you. So the employees at the Taco Bell on 225 and Pasadena Blvd are doing a great job by being aware of this and taking precautions. ...

When you go to the drive-through and you tell the drive-through attendant to make sure the food is a certain temperature or a certain way and you still get it their way and not the way that you ordered it is something that has me very puzzled. We must be living in Apocalyptic zombies days. People don't react to conversations anymore I guess you have to text them or Facebook them to get their full attention. This taco bell if they could they would charge you to breath. They are good at charging every single thing you ask for but when they mess up your order they get upset at you for noticing it.
