UPDATE: April 2023: We ordered a crib + toddler bed combo last May (2022). We still have not received the parts needed to transition this from a crib to toddler bed and the date keeps getting pushed back. It’s July now, but we are skeptical we will ever receive the product we paid for nearly a year ago. Levin has not been communicative or helpful in resolving this, nor have they offered any kind of discount for the absurdity of them having our money this long without a full product. Do yourself a favor and take your money elsewhere.
Do not purchase furniture from this store - you may never end up getting what you order. We ordered a crib to toddler bed set in May and were told it would be delivered in July. In early July, we were told it wouldn’t be available until the end of August. Not great with a time sensitive item like a crib. Then we were told the entire piece of furniture was being discontinued because Levin ended the relationship with that manufacturer. We were offered the floor model but were not offered any kind of discount and had to push to receive even a small one. We also had to pick the crib up as they would no longer deliver. The sales person we worked with kept stating that they removed the delivery fee as a favor even though we shouldn’t have been charged once as they were no longer delivering the item. We were able to pick up the crib in July and were told the remaining parts would be available in September. Heard nothing at all the entire month. Finally reached out and was told some parts would be available in October and some in March, nearly a year after ordering the item. Read moreQuality, style and variety are top notch! I felt dumb because the layout is confusing and I saw no signs directing me anywhere. I saw zero emloyees. After wandering around I discovered a second floor where they hide the customer service desk. All of my questions were answered expertly. I walked out empty-handed and ashamed because the mattresses are all so expensive and way out of my price range. Edit: I returned two days later in hopes of resolving my issues. I met Joe Soloski. My man listened, was professional, empathized with my plight. He then proceeded to do for me what was not done on my previous visit. He sold me a mattress and box spring. And I dont mean I bought one. I mean he went through all the options, explained to me the pricing structure, invited me to try several mattresses, gave me time to think, extolled merits, asked diagnostic and probative queries, encouraged my questions, arranged delivery and in the end I had made a purchase that I was happy with. Read moreMy family and I visited Levin over their Labor Day sale and found a sectional couch we really liked. Spent about 1.5 hours there. We needed a different configuration than what was on the floor and spent a good amount of time with the salesperson making sure it came in the configuration we needed. After we paid and left, we got a phone call that the configuration we wanted wasn't actually available in the couch we wanted and the one that was picked was actually just a different color. We had to go back for about another hour and try and find another couch we liked. A bit annoying but we found another couch we liked.
Delivery team did a great job and was in and out very quickly.
We also purchased the fabric protector spray and followed the instructions on how to apply. It's marketed as a water and stain repellent but after we applied the 2 coats as advised (apply, let dry, apply again, let dry), we put some drops of water on the couch to see how well it worked and the water soaked right in. Don't waste your money on it.
