Started using this facility when I moved here as the school didn't accept my insurance. Dr. Ermol was my doctor and was great for my routine exams. She ended up leaving, but since her departure I have had to have two "emergency" visits where I was quickly called back due to cancellations to get me in ASAP rather than waiting (they do fill up rather quickly). My first emergency visit I wish my pricing was explained as even with insurance, just an office visit came to be very expensive even with just a PA. This last time though, is where the five stars comes in. I never had a negative experience but nothing superb until I saw Dr. Cherry! I've never felt so comfortable and empathized with! Also, if you pay with cash day of (no insurance) you get a discount! (wish this was relayed to me for my previous appt as it seems that it would have been cheaper not run through insurance), but not only did I have a great doctor and prompt appt this last time, but price was extremely affordable (not having insurance I was terrified of the price especially because of the pricing WITH insurance last time. I actually let my sickness go until I couldn't bear it anymore because I was scared what the price would be) and I left shocked. I had an appointment with Shuman, needless to say the only one that actually was the best was a red haired nurse, she took me back to the room. Shuman and the nurse that was assigned to Shuman were awful.. The nurse that was assigned just stood there when I had a painful procedure done she never helped me through anything but she helped Shuman out no problem.. Shuman she was pushy saying that I agreed to yet another painful procedure which I did not. I wanted to talk to her on the phone about it but she refused. I also wanted to wait until this year to do another follow up repeat tests that was done last year to see if there was a definite change. Then she fired me because I refused to have the painful procedure that she wanted to do instead of the repeat tests from last year. She didn't listen to me. As a new mom, I switched to this practice due to moving and when I found about about my second pregnancy. I always read reviews and the only reason I’m leaving this one is to hopefully help someone else out. Basically, this place sucks. Their office is dirty. Every time we have been, we’ve waited an absurdly long amount of time. I’ve had legitimate concerns (migraines, cramping, kidney issues, etc.) that should have been taken seriously and would have been at my previous provider, but this practice blew them off and said it “was not pregnancy related,” and to contact my family doctor. I’ve had labs and ultrasounds that were supposed to be scheduled, but have not. Basically if you can find somewhere else, do. I’m going to be traveling significantly farther now so that I can have good healthcare for me...
