Went in to purchase an autographed book, when entering the store the manager and sales staff began rudely questioning me about my service dog. The first question was does it bite? To be followed by what disability do you have asked by I believe the manager or store owner, and when told that she couldn't ask that question per ADA she said well I'm not asking as a business I'm asking because I personally want to know. I actually explained my disabilities which I didn't have to and what my dog was trained to do to assist me. More than once . The woman was very rude and pushy. Entitled. If not for the special circumstance of the author being there autographing books I would have left....
