Salt MedSpa is a true hidden gem. I had no idea what I was missing out on. Nova was so kind and explained everything so well. Can’t wait to make this part of my wellness regimen.

June 2025 - Thanks for your response. Would love to give it a try again. I still had credit with your facility, and a free session they offered that I refused to take as it made no sense if the equipment wasn’t fixed. Would like to give it a try, before I bring the kiddos back.

(2024) I am creating this review to address an ongoing issue that has not been resolved since my initial complaint in May. My family and I have been loyal clients of your facility since 2021, and over the years, we have enjoyed a variety of services, including yoga classes, massage therapy, and halotherapy. However, our recent experiences have left us increasingly frustrated, and I feel compelled to formally raise this concern once again. Almost 6 months ago, in May, I reported that the adult halotherapy room was experiencing significant issues. The room had noticeable wear and tear, an unpleasant odor (moldy), and the fan was malfunctioning, which led to the halotherapy treatment not functioning as expected. Typically, when the room is operating correctly, the salt is dispersed effectively, and it is even noticeable in taste and scent. Unfortunately, during my session, this was not the case, and I was left disappointed. Despite these concerns, the front desk staff were courteous and responsive. I was not charged, and offered additional sessions, but what point does it make to give me sessions in a room that does not work?

Unfortunately, upon our return today, we found that the situation had not improved and impacts the kids' room as well. While the staff was friendly, we were informed that the halotherapy generator was still not functioning properly. The staff member explained that the generator had been malfunctioning since last week, which is consistent with the information I was provided back in May. Initially, she tried to play it as if the generator shut off. I kindly asked her to not lie, and said this seems to be an ongoing issue. It wasn’t until I spoke up that the charge was waived for today’s visit.

At this point, I am concerned that this issue may reflect a deeper problem with how the business is being managed. It is disheartening to waste time or to pay for services that are not being delivered as advertised, especially given the extended period of time that this issue has persisted.

Given the ongoing nature of the problem and the lack of resolution, I kindly request a refund for the remaining sessions in my account. We have given your facility several months to resolve the issue, but it seems clear that no action has been taken to restore the halotherapy service to its intended quality.

I trust you understand the importance of addressing this matter promptly and look forward to hearing from you soon with a resolution.

Thank you for your attention to...

NEW MANAGEMENT NEW ESTHETICIAN

I’m rarely at a loss for words, however, I will do my best to find the language to express my PLEASURE from my Brazilian services I just received. As an OG (almost 8 years), I have not visited here bc my former esthetician left and I started getting services elsewhere.

Needless to say, pulling up to what was familiar area, I was greeted NEW and UPDATED AND CLEAN AND SIMPLISTIC AND GREEN GRASS WALLS AND NEW PAINT AND NO CLUTTER AND NEW FURNITURE!!! Pardon the grammatical errors and shouting….but it the atmosphere shifted with the new ownership. It felt warm and new; inviting and safe (new door- double paned); natural and quiet;…..it was just DIFFERENT!!

Then the owner, Audrey, was there doing the work to beautify her investment. The real power of her investment was the kindness she showed when I walked in as she stood with nail gun and painters tape, carefully and lovingly placing panels on the wall. Her warmth and gratitude shown to me as I recognized the updates, made her giddy with joy.

Maddie and Sierra. The future of this challenging world. I’m thankful you’re here. Your professionalism and thoroughness of setting my appt, TEXTING me paperwork, confirming my appt, walking me through the next steps, welcoming me in…..just OUTSTANDING. I don’t know what the future holds for your brilliant minds, but the world definitely has need of you and all that you have to offer. May your steps be order to help change the world for the better.

CJ. Ma’am! My waxes have NEVER been under 20 minutes. NEVER. That aside, I’m not sure WHY I felt comfortable to share my life’s details as you were in my happy region, but it was is I was talking to a dear friend. I guess I was wrapped up in our conversation that I didn’t realize you’d covered EVERYTHANG- yes - everythang- from the rooter to the rooter!! The difference in waxes in times past of her and other places, was immediately felt. As soon as you laid it, you peeled it. Yes peeled, not RIPPED as if you were skinning a chicken. It was painless except one part that’s been a pain for the past 20+years. Thank you for the care from my breast cancer surgery scar. Your hands are touched by GOD to do this good work. Thank you again.

I hope to return soon.

I mean 5 weeks sounds just...

Rating my experience at this facility is unique, because the massage therapist Ely Dowds WAS the experience. The facility is easy to find, with good parking and easy access. The decor was very nice, crisp and clean, modern and stylish. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and helpful. However, the massage is what made the experience a standout, not to be missed! Ely was personable and very professional. I requested deep tissue massage while explaining a few injuries I have been healing, and she was very thorough. Attentive and knowledgeable, she was easily able to assess and identify my problem areas, even ones I didn't know were problematic! It is readily evident that she has a passion for healing and therapy, and she is immensely skilled in her craft. She has skilled hands, strong and capable, but responsive enough to make the session as therapeutic as possible while staying within my comfort threshold. A true professional, I was comfortable and at ease during the entire session, and experienced genuine therapy and helpful healing. She was also eager to share her knowledge and instruct me on helpful body mechanics. Her experience and talent for this profession is easily apparent, and I highly recommend her to anyone serious about true healing...
