Food was wrong after I ordered, repeated it 3 times. Still didnt make what was on the receipt. Smh very busy which is ok but what they did with the rice is not ok smh nasty. Why would you put the rice in a cup half full then go scavenger to find more rice, I watched them do this. I said what are you doing and was told its the same. He took the cup behind where i could not see which is wild. Then when i got home and the rice was ordered for my kids, it had lettuce and beans like it came from someone's plate ughhh no sir. I will be reporting to the health department. This is so nasty do better. Ive came here for years and last 3 times my kids wanted it, its been horrible and got sick one time.

Oh and they over charge you whatever price they want to!!! Smh horrible will never return lost a great customer.

My daughter ordered 6 tacos (and other meals). They only entered 5 tacos in their system, but then added the sixth to her order. When I paid for it, Cocina (not sure of her name) told me it only rang up 5 tacos and I would have to pay for the 6th. No problem I said, but when I tried to pay for it with a credit card, she told me there was a minimum charge for a cc and I would have to buy additional food since I did not have cash. I said I didn't want anything else, so she took my order back to the kitchen and removed the 6th taco. She knew we ordered 6 tacos, but only rang up 5. I also understand the minimum sales to use a cc, however they should have made an exception since this was their mistake. She actually took one taco out of our order, what is she going to do with it? sooooo disappointed in our experience here today. we’ve been long time happy customers with previously a 5 star review from me. today I ordered 6 tacos, but they rang up 5. when my father went to pay he asked if they had 6 tacos to confirm, they said yes, and he paid. AFTER the payment, they realized they only charged us for 5. he tried to pay for the 6th taco and they said he had to buy something else because of their card minimum. we didn’t need anything else, and since he didn’t have cash, they took our box of 6 tacos to the back, and removed one of the tacos so that we’d only get 5. this “solution” of theirs to take out the 6th taco was incredibly rude and unprofessional, especially considering it was THEIR mistake for how they rung us up even after we ASKED to confirm and were willing to pay. the 6th taco was for my toddler and we have to go elsewhere to get him food. we will not ever be...
