We went to Wessingerâs appliances based on the recommendation of a family member. We were told what great service they had. Our experience has been quite a bit different. We bought a range to be delivered. On the delivery day they brought out the wrong range at first. Then they went back to get the correct range. We were then told there was a small dent on the side of the range, so they would give us a $50 discount on the range. They also installed part of the range incorrectly. Lastly, we bought a service plan on the range and wanted the door fixed, as the handle was loose and rattled a bit. Since the delivery, we have called three times to have these issues addressed. Each time weâve been told they are very sorry, and they will fix everything weâre concerned about. They offered $100 discount to apologize, however weâve never seen the discount that was promised to us. I have talked with three different representatives including the owner, and still none of their promises have been followed up on. The service we received was fine in the store when we were paying our money, however the service after we paid has been much different. Iâm not sure why we would go shop at Wessinger again or recommend their store when they donât follow up on the promises they make to you, or address your concerns. My washer died on me in the middle of a load of clothes last night, so my journey today was to shop for a new washer. My first stop was Wessingerâs. Sally greeted me when I walked in, listened to what type of washer I wanted and produced exactly what I needed! The price was better than the big box stores! Within a matter of minutes, I purchased the washer. Dilbert and I chatted and he said he could have it delivered shortly (I caught them in a brief lull and only live a couple of miles from them). Imagine my surprise when Dilbert pulls up in the truck with one of his workers and within 30 minutes, my new washer was installed and the old one was hauled off! Best customer service EVER!
