An amazing gym that is kept exceptionally clean. The staff is always friendly to all who come in, new or old and are always willing to help, which is good as there is an impressively large selection of equipment. Both Matt and Sarah are kind and are well versed in nutrition, exercise, and health. Flex Supergym offers a surprisingly large amount of variety that can be critical for your workouts and allows one to exercise every part of their body without Falling to a dull routine. The ability to come in to workout at any hour is also an exceptional perk to have a cheap membership here, allowing one to lift whenever they want. The gym itself is great, great equipment and good hours, easy access. HOWEVER, the owner is very difficult to deal with. We had two separate scenarios where we needed to cancel membership. You cannot cancel online or by phone. You have to cancel in person and it was difficult to find someone in the office. Usually the owner wants to speak with you before canceling and will try his best to talk you out of cancellation. Best gym in the area! Spacious with all types of equipment (machines, free weights, cables, kettle bells, all types of cardio equipment, etc.). Matt and Sara are great and are very helpful with any questions you may have about a piece of equipment or a workout. They are steadily adding new equipment for their members and the level of cleanliness is amazing. Anytime I am in there they are always wiping down machines and sweeping/mopping the floor.
