I have to give it to Frank and his team in the shop! These guys are truly knowledgeable, have a passion for what they do and treat you like family!

I emailed the shop requesting a quote on labor and tune for my Z06 and the response time was instant. With limited time of needing my Z06, Frank was able to get my vehicle in the very next day with a guaranteed completion date before the car show I had to attend. During the process of installing the parts, Frank gave me a call to inform me there was a small concern on a motor mount and asked if I'd like to stop by to take a look at it before proceeding with the work. Once there he had his master technician and installer show me the minor complications they ran into and made me fully aware of what could be a potential problem. After inspecting the car and discussing the future plans we came to the conclusion that the motor mount would be changed out on the next visit. Noticing the communication and the care they had for my vehicle made me feel very comfortable that they knew what they were doing and that my car was in good hands. I was kept in the loop after install was complete and during the process of tuning the car. The overall customer service, communication and work performed deserves a 5 stars! I love that I didn't have to chase anyone down or had any worries while my car was in the shop with them. I was extremely stoked and happy with the power my Z06 is now putting down to the wheels! During the delivery of my vehicle Manny (technician) gave me a run down of the power my car was now making as well as recommendations of what would help improve the performance and reliability based on my driving habits. He also came out to make a minor adjustments to my intake after we noticed my hood wasn't closing properly. After driving a few miles the check engine light came on and it was brought to their attention immediately. They didn't hesitate to take a look at it and took care of it the very next day. In fact, Frank stayed in touch with both his tuner and I, and scheduled Roger (tuner) to come over to my house to look at the minor issue. That right there is some outstanding customer service! I highly recommend Excessive Racing Engines and will be paying them a visit again pretty soon for more upgrades. Their work ethic, care and professionalism earned my trust...

I wasn’t hearing the things I liked from the local muffler shops so I decided to give these guys a call. I just needed to change out an axle back exhaust system on my C6 Z06, nothing complicated and nothing that was going to make a big difference on their balance sheet. Nonetheless they treated me like it was one of their big horse power engine builds. Got me in right away and did the work while I waited. The price was on par with prior work I’ve had done in another city. I really got the vibe that there is no job too small and that the customer is what counts with these guys. I’ve had extensive work done on my car at other shops outside the area, and it has not always been 5star reviews.

I decided to have them change out my rotors and pads with some stuff I got from an online supplier. I probably should have let these guys source the parts, and would have if I’d found out about them sooner. The parts I had required machining and massaging to work. They made it happen and the work is top notch. They even tried hard to track me down when I forgot to leave a contact number.

If I had some engine building and dyno work to be done, I’d not hesitate to take my car to this shop. My auto body guy said he’s never heard anything bad about them... and that is a testament in and of...

He has helped me build almost a dozen Corvettes at Motor Trends of Houston and countless pre-purchase inspections! He never hesitates to call my customers on 3 way and go over their wish list and budget. He sets realistic expectations up front and is really detailed about going over even slight differences when customers have questions about different brands they're considering for exhaust or other mods. He'll give pros and cons even specific to the model year. He's great about building out in phases to get to the ideal horsepower, but also letting you get accustomed to handling all the extra power! He has awesome financing options updates you constantly on your build with photos and videos. The test drive with the tuner Roger afterwards is awesome.
