If I could give less than 1 star I would. We had a conversation with the owner about a specific vehicle on his lot. We arranged to see it the next morning, Saturday 2/22. When we arrived he was visibly shaken. He began to trip over his words while explaining that another party had called an hour before and that they were on their way. He said they were coming from two hours away and that he had promised to hold it for them. He asked how far we had driven (as if this question should have any relevance.) We wanted this vehicle and we offered him full price, cash on the spot. He would not sell it to us! Instead he beat around the bush mumbling that he would feel bad about going back on his promise but that he wasn't interested in their trade - a Ram truck with high miles - so maybe he could still sell the car to us. He told us he would call us either way and let us know the result. We killed some time in the tiny town waiting for his call which never came. On Tuesday, 2/25 I noticed the car was still listed on his website so I called to inquire about it. Immediately he started babbling apologies. He said he was "too nervous to call us so he never did." I am not sure whatever happened to first come first served, but it clearly doesn't exist at this dealership. I expected much more professionalism and to be treated fairly and this was not...

I had an engine light on and stopped by Mach Motors on the way to work and the owner offered to hook it up to their computer to see the code. They then proceeded to open my hood to find that a mouse had made a little mess. They all came together to fix the hose that the mouse had made a meal of. I was going to be late to work and the owners dropped me off at work. They said they would call when the repair was complete. Only to find out they dropped my car off at work and texted me that it was complete. Wow. When I asked them what I could pay, they would not take my money. I felt like a Queen and I appreciated the above and beyond service. There are good and kind people in the world. They all helped me, and they wanted nothing from me. A truly giving family business model! So Grateful...

There is not a better person than Jeff, the owner. If you want to deal with an honest and caring person when buying a car, go to Mach Motors! Last night our trailer tire shredded itself at 7pm (Saturday night). We limped into his dealership to leave the trailer while finding a new tire. When we got back with two new tires (soooo lucky!), Jeff was just leaving his office and heading home. My attempt to change the tire resulted in two disengaged lugs and no way to get the tire off. He helped us for the next TWO HOURS to fix the problem and get back on the road...and wouldn't let us pay him anything. When we are in the market for a used car or truck, Jeff Mach is the very first person...
